Poor quality of food, I ordered the shrimp linguini, and it has absolutely zero flavor. The Milligan sandwich had meat that was unchewable, and without the abundance of sauce would also have had zero flavor.

For a small-​town bar, this is about everything you could ask for. The food is good, the servers are solid and the place is fairly cheap. There’s a bar with plenty of TVs, and they are willing to put on whatever game you want to watch.

Service was slow and took them forever to get our good out and get us our check. It wasn’t even busy, we were 1 of two small groups.
The good was mediocre and I wish I would have just went to mcdonalds instead. Nothing more to say!

I go here sometimes for nice work lunches. The food is consistently good and the menu offers a variety. Service is friendly, although it can be a bit slow. Pork tenderloin strips, called Pig Tails, are good, and so are the sandwiches and burgers. They also have good pasta and the best salads in Jerseyville. I recommend Mulligan’s for a nice lunch or dinner. They also have a sports bar, but I haven’t been to it more than once.

They earned the coveted 5 stars. The food was great. The service was great, too. And the atmosphere was also great. I have no complaints. I am not here in Jerseyville often but I will stop in here on every future trip. It is so friendly and warm and delicious.

Yummm. I came here for the first time with my boyfriend and his mother for lunch. Since he was back in town and at home during the week (a Friday) we thought Mulligan’s would be the best place to go. Yes indeed it was the best place to go. I went with the pork sandwich (fried) with sweet potato fries. Excellent choice.
When we went back the second time we decided to split the fish fritters. The name escapes me but it was good. We also split an appetizer, the Rattlers. So very good. I would just have had that as a meal.
I plan to go back one more time before we move into Shiloh, where our new house is.

I am a fan of this place. With a dining room, and a sports bar area you get best of both worlds. I had the house special burger that was delicious. I had little onion straws, the burger was rather juicy and the corn dusted bun was immaculate. Fries weren’t too bad. Another in the party had the fritters, that were pretty well done, but still pretty good.
Nighttime this place turns into the hot spot in town serving a full bar with a pretty talented bartender. Drink prices are pretty fair for what you’d expect. A class act compared to the other bars in town.
