Days Inn Joelton/Nashville

A simple place with clean beds, free Wi-​Fi and breakfast. AAA or Gov’t disc. Traffic noise grows as Nashville wakes up. That’s OK… considering what we paid I’m not expecting the Hilton or Ritz. While traveling, this works… not too shabby indeed.

Inexpensive but clean place to stay! Nice staff, room clean, beds comfortable.
If you are trying to über into town from here, you’ll have issues.

We stayed here for a night on a long drive across the country. We needed a pet-​friendly place. Nearby food choices were very limited, and the floor of the rooms above us squeaked pretty loudly when people walked on them, but the place was clean, reasonably priced, and easy. I’m happy, and would stay there again.

Only chose to stay here as a result of a 12-​hour drive with 2 kids in tow. My husband & I were too tired to risk driving further & too tired to look elsewhere for hotels so we settled for this one. In hindsight, wish we would’ve kept going. While it’s true that ‘you get what you pay for,’ even a free night at the rest stop would’ve fared better. Expect a hot room upon entrance. They do not keep the a/c’s running. And, upon entry, expect to feel a slight breeze finally entice you but only after 30 mins of running the unit. If you are a non-​smoker, this place claims ‘smoke-​free’ but expect to smell the smoke, anyway. If you have perishables that need to be kept cold, expect a fridge but even your worst enemy can give a stare colder than this. If you wish to lock the bathroom door, don’t expect it to happen. The lock button is awry but, then again, the entire doorknob is coming undone, anyway. While I do applaud the staff for offering another room, let me just say that the ‘better room’ was simply no better. Never again.

Decent hotel for a transit one night stay pretty close to the interstate here some vehicle noiseroom was reasonably clean beds and pillows were fairly comfortable and check in was swift. We didn’t eat the breakfast because it was all carbs. Shower was good not great but good.

This is a very clean hotel am the front desk has great customer service. We were able to walk in without a reservation and get a great room for a low price.
While it is a bit outdated I was impressed with how clean the room was, as well as the bathroom and floors.
The lobby was inviting, ample parking near the rooms. However, the parking lot could be a little better lit.
They offer a continental breakfast at a decent time: 7 am! I hate getting up too early to eat.
They also offer a military discount

This place is totally perfect for a quick stop on a long road trip. It’s quiet, clean, cheap, and has décor similar to what you’d find in your grandma’s house circa 1983, which somehow is kind of comforting.
