I took the Boot Camp Big Green Egg Cooking class, this past Saturday, and it was absolutely amazing!!! This is the best hands on cooking class I have ever had. It was so comprehensive and you definitely had to work hard. The menu was divine; and, Chef Andrew’s knowledge, skill, techniques and teaching style, in the kitchen and on the BGE, were exceptional. I learned so much about cooking and about the BGE; it felt like I accomplished so much at the same time that I was learning to cook meals more efficiently. I am so grateful to A&S Culinary Concepts and look forward to taking more classes!!!

We had A&S cater and host our teacher team building and preplanning meeting this morning. We usually go out to a restaurant and squeeze into a private room, but this year we tried A&S. Their space accommodated our staff nicely and the food was incredible. We chose the menu ahead of time, but the staff onsite were able to make accommodations for those who had restrictions (gluten free, no dairy, etc).
The presentation was wonderful, the food was delicious, the staff exceptional. I especially appreciated the efficiency and discretion of the table staff, they cleared plates, refilled the buffet, drinks, etc. all without distracting or interrupting the speakers.
We will never have an offsite meeting anywhere but at A&S again!

What a fabulous day! Learned so much about the Big Egg and grilling in general. Loved learning how to prepare the food; the meats, the salads, the veggies. Wow! What a meal!

I can’t say enough about A&S Culinary Concepts, Andrew and his great team! The best for catering and cooking classes and more in the north Atlanta area (Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Duluth and more. If looking for a caterer, this is the one. I have had multiple opportunities to taste their work– soooo good. And they are true pros — years of experience — and nothing but CLASS. It was my pleasure to take the very first Big Green Egg Boot Camp. Fun, and I learned a lot! Give them a call!
