This is, hands down, the best plant nursery in Johnson City and possibly in the Tri-​Cities. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very accommodating. The plants are always of the highest quality and you will often see people working in the greenhouse to make sure all of the plants are healthy and attractive. I can’t say enough about Evergreen’s employees. I have never encountered rudeness or indifference there. They have great sales on their plants and a superb selection of herbs. Most of their trees and shrubs come with a lifetime guarantee. Sometimes you will pay a little bit more than the big box stores, but the quality and service make Evergreen a better value every time.
