If I could give zero stars, I would. Carl Gregory is the worst dealer in the tri-​cities area. I went to this dealership twice, knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. I have excellent credit, yet they could never meet my price range. Both times I left without buying and went straight to another dealer and got exactly what I wanted. Also, both times I received a call several days later telling me they could make the deal happen. To which I told them too late. On my second attempt to buy, I had to threaten to embarrass the salesman in front of the whole showroom just to get my car keys back so that I could leave. The sales people that I dealt with were far too pushy and refused to work with me on anything. I buy a new vehicle every few years and will never consider using Carl Gregory again.
