Dave was great, patient, and knowledgeable! He was not pushy at all. He was ready to answer any questions when we were ready and left us to think when we needed. They had mattresses at all price points available. We got a great deal! Ask for Dave!

Wonderful and knowledgeable service! We came in only to look for information on buying a new bed in the future… But after meeting our salesman David and him explaining the options available in what we wanted we realized the deal we were getting and it fitting into our budget… We walked out with an incredible deal and completely satisfied with the purchase experience.

There is a summery at the bottom if you want a quick recap DONOTGOHEREYOUHAVEBEENWARNED! I wanted to give this place five and it almost got five. But not now I wish I could give negative stars!!! Such a horrible horrible experince! The manager seemed so nice but turns out he is only out for himself and is only happy if he is getting your money. It makes me so sad because he seemed so nice just show how naïve my fiancée and I are. It was great untill I found the matress was hurting my back and ribs. We went to vist and he actually made us feel horrible for trying to return claiming he gave us free stuff so now we are costing him money he tried every sales men trick to get us to keep the matress then told us to go to another location to try matress they have in another store. WEWERETOLDABOUT A FEETORETURNTHEMATRESS he conviently left out telling us when we bought it We felt so bad and he made us feel horrible so we agreed to look at others Then my cousin had passed I have been a wreck I called and asked to just return I was not in the mood to deal with matress shopping. Turns out he was suddenly on vacation they couldnt do any returns without him I called three days later and they were to busy to help us due to other costumers(who were giving them money) Iwas so upset and had my mom call for us they had told her they would be taking more money to compensate for the free gifts… what!!! Absouletly not we did not want the pillows he threw them in as a gift just horrible to give people a «gift» then charge them because they did not like the product. After acting like a HUGEJERKTOMYMOM I was just pissed I grabbed the phone and he claimed my mom misunderstood him I heard what he said Then he was saying how he is taking back his gifts we dont get to keep them very petty but whatever. Then he keeps saying it like an jerk. Then says we should have at least looked at the other location. I informed him my cousin had passed and he didnt even have any empthay. He said o so now you just have buyer remorse. I explained AGAIN to him why we returned he said he had heard the first time when I told him and stil kept saying its just buyer remorse and I should look at the other location I again said my cousin had passed I just wanted to be done and he kept going on… disgusting. SUMMARY: there is a fee for taking back the matress he «forgets» to inform you the«gifts» come with strings attached you can not keep then and may have to pay for them of you return. He will be to busy for you unless you are making him money. He will pretend to give you an AMAZING secret deal. He is a heartless sly jerk. Who can care a less about people and only cares about getting himself money. Just HORRIBLE
