This is a wonderful, Mom & Pop nail salon. I’ve been to all the Joliet area salons, and have to say, this is THE best! Prices are extremely reasonable, the service is excellent, it’s clean, the staff is friendly, and feel like family. If I’m going to spend my money on services, I want someone that treats me with respect and is pleasant! PLUS their skill and artistry make for beautiful hands and feet! Justin and Dina are the owners, and May is terrific, too!

I loved my experience here today! Justin is great! I don’t get my nails done often because i get very anxious about thing’s like this but when i walked into Image Nails they were so friendly my anxiety disappeared. My nails look great and i couldn’t have been happier with the customer service. They have a deal right now on hot stone pedicures that sounds awesome! Don’t miss out!

New Image Salon gives great pedicures. The problem is the service. I have been to the salon numerous times. Yesterday a pedicure took over 1 ½hrs even though I was there earlier than other customers. I can understand the wait if others were ahead of me. They only have two people working and I think the owner thought it was alright for me to wait take others ahead of me. The owner is friendly and was the reason I came back. His wife works there and needs to be more customer service oriented if they want customers to come back. I am not sure if I will be back. There are positives with this salon but in order to have customers come back they need to increase their customer service.
