Most of the time, I don’t have much to complain at Hampton Inn but this one I must. This is a smoke free facility and I can smell the smoke that entered my room via the vent system. It is irritating.

+ decent wifi + fairly clean + free cookies/breakfast — room stinks — AC smells like burnt underwear — AC doesn’t cool very well — dated compared to other Hampton Inns

What a disgrace this hotel is. We booked an upgraded room on the hilton website and when we arrived and the room was not what we booked the guy at the desk first was rude. When I went to the desk at ask about our upgraded room I was met with an angry man who was trying to defend his poor ability to do his job… I guess. I had to literally ask him to take it down a notch .to which brought my husband out to the desk, since the room was literally the first room from the desk he heard this angry man telling me 1. I didn’t book through the website and I booked it through some third party, which is not true and I showed him the email confirmation and he even said«yeah that is the hampton website» Then he said it was our fault for believing the website… since apparently you have to call this angry little man personally to book a room with this particular Hampton Inn. HUH? His next statement was a lot nicer with JT in the room to which he said .” You can take the room I gave you or you can leave” HUH? Great customer service your mistaken if you think we have to have you. Before when he was just talking to me he was a lot more angry and said«if you don’t like the room then you can leave» We left and went down the road to a better hotel with great customer service and I will never stay at this Hampton again. What a rude individual no one likes to be treated like this and coming from a customer service end business myself I think this place needs a new employee.

Don’t stay here if you have a choice. It was quite late, we were tired, we used points for our stay. The hotel and the room were dingy and outdated, but who cares, we were there for one night only. the air conditioner had been leaking into the carpet for who knows how long. the floor around the air conditioner area was very wet. the mold and mildew was awful. but like I said, we were very tired. the next morning I asked at the front desk for a receipt, no way was that man going to give me one either. He replied they would not print out receipts for rooms that were booked with points. Excuse me? I explained that we needed a receipt to show that we did indeed stay there and he again said no. not very politely either. Did I mention that he was eating the entire time he was was talking to me? then I went for breakfast and this same front desk clerk was glaring at everyone in the area. I felt like a criminal getting my coffee. never again will we stay there

Not a bad Hampton Inn The front desk was very friendly at check in and the rooms are clean. There seems to be a few basic restaurants around if you don’t want to venture too far. The room I stayed in is pretty standard for a Hampton Inn, but there is a microwave and a mini fridge which I appreciate for longer stays.

Practically Twitter-length review(for me anyway, haha) but I don’t have much to say other than: HOLYWATERPRESSURE, BATMAN! I’m in love with this shower. Hotel itself is a little worn /bordering on dingy and the beds are nothing to write home about, but Oh Em Gee the water pressure seriously brought this from a «meh» two stars to three. Best hotel shower I’ve ever had, just from the sheer force and volume of all that lovely hot water after a ridiculously long day in the car. Thanks for that, guys. *happysigh*

My family always stays here when we visit our grandma. We LOVE this hotel. First and foremost, the beds are seriously comfy… like, even more than my bed at home. Down pillows and comforters in pure white, which at least makes them SEEM clean. The rooms are nice, pretty standard but clean and well-equipped. There’s a coffeemaker, safe, iron, hair dryer, etc. The complimentary breakfast is open from 6 – 10 and is awesome – almost anything you can think of is there, including hot items. If you have to leave in a hurry they will give you a little sack breakfast. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Jonesboro – the Hampton is as good as it gets in the area!
