I had this place recommended to me by my boss and was so insanely disappointed. I had an appt at 4pm with Amber. I arrived right on time, only to find out she was about half way done coloring someone else’s hair. I had to wait for a full 45 – 50 minutes after my appt time to get my hair cut. She didn’t apologize or anything for making me wait that long. I am someone who values my time immensely and being late is my biggest pet peeve. If this doesn’t bother you, then you will probably like this place. My hair cut was «Ok». It wasn’t anything spectacular. I asked for it the shorter and with more layers and was told that she would only cut an inch and a half off because what I was asking for was too much. She was back and forth the entire time, mixing hair dye for others and cutting my hair. She barely touched my bangs even tho they needed a lot more work done. And to top it all off, this experience cost me $ 50. I absolutely will not be going back here.

This place has gone way downhill since I first started coming two years ago. First, my usual stylist moved and no one told me, and then the next appointment I had with someone new and she cut my hair uneven. Then, I made an appointment with someone else next time, got there on time, only to find that stylist had called in sick and no one informed me. They said I would be with someone else and I waited nearly an hour for that while staff sat around doing nothing to make me comfortable. I did get a good cut and style eventually. The stylists are good overall, but reception and organization sucks.
