Horrible experience. First of all the business falls over several names. TSC Service Center was one of them. I called them and Ben came out and examined my TV for 90.00 and stated that the logic controller was messed up and he could fix it in about a week. So after almost 2 weeks he stated that he was awaiting parts. 2 months later he still was await parts with no work done to my TV. First of all he operates out of his home there is no business location. Very unprofessional in which i told him because he doesn’t follow up with you it’s like you have to hunt him down. I had to make him give my TV back and i called another repair man whom came out to my house examined it and told me what the problem was left my TV there while he ordered the part. If you need a REALTV repairman call Joe at Global Electronics at 7707713031. Ben is just a tinkerer and doesn’t really know what hes doing. DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHHIM.

Mixed experience. The repair job was great. The problem lies in the communication –or lack of. After having Ben come look at a stereo, I received an estimate for the repair and was told parts needed to be ordered. It took several calls and texts on *my* part to get an appointment scheduled. There customer service as far as communication goes is terrible but the repair was of high quality. Call if your are patient.

Severely terrible experience. At first all was perfect, Ben came over within a couple days of setting up the appointment and replaced the broken item on my TV quickly. However he did not know how to get into a «convergence mode» on the TV after toying around for about 20 minutes, then said he would leave and figure it out and call me in the next day or two to finish it. I said OK, but was wary about giving him the full $ 250(cash) up front as he requested because the job wasn’t complete. I trusted him and did so anyway. I let him know about my hesitations. The next day he called and had me try some code. I didn’t work. So he said he’d keep working on it. Never heard back. So I called him and called him, and kept getting the run around. Finally, I found the correct code after a few minutes on the internet. I fixed my TV to a viewable state, and then called him again saying that I have the code, but I’d like him to come adjust it since he knew what he was doing(and had my $ 250 for a complete job). He said OK and he’d call me at the end of the week to set up an appointment. Never called. The next week I emailed him and called him and set up an appointment for Saturday at 3:00. Never showed. Mind you this is literally almost 2 months after the initial set-up. The initial appointment was on March 28, and I have been trying to get him out here since to no avail. So in return, I’m writing this review and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Ben if you’re reading this: How hard is it to come out here and spend the ten minutes to adjust the settings. Had you done so, I would’ve given you a positive review. Now your business will just suffer from this review coming up in your Google searches. You run a terrible business and have no appreciation for other people’s time.

BEWARE of this service. Elderly friends recently used this service and were not happy with the results. $ 150(cash only) later they still had a broken TV after giving it up for several weeks. Business address is also non existent.
