This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They would not return phone calls, were consistently late (as in four to five hours late every single time) for appointments, never called to say they were running late and never offered an apology for the hassle. When they finally did show up, they had the wrong size granite so it couldn’t be installed and we had to reschedule once again. They constantly made excuses for why the work wasn’t done. After dealing with this unprofessional and unorganized company for several weeks (and missing a lot of work waiting on them) we finally just gave up, asked for our money back and went with a more reliable company.
