The staff is very unprofessional and has a tremendous lack of customer service skills!!!

I have NEVER written a negative review for a doctor’s office before but this one takes the cake. The billing and front office staff are RUDE. The doctor’s and PA’s are nice and helpful, but you have to get beyond the guard dogs to get anything accomplished. Since this Dr’s office doesn’t fall under one of the major hospitals they pretty much do what they want (and they are the only dermatologist in the area so they have a sick monopoly over the community). My daughter has TWO insurance plans and this company refuses to file with either of them to pay her claim. What’s worse is that Anthem BC/​BS actually told them they were going to file a complaint against them because of the way they were behaving as a provider. It’s a pretty sad state when an INSURANCE COMPANY complains about your business.
They are not friendly and make their customers/​clients do their work. SAD SAD SAD. I would rather drive two hours to another doctor than go back to this place again.
Update: we ended up finding a great dermatology clinic in Bentonville, Arkansas. It is so worth the 50 min drive.
