Rude lady at the front. WOW she said i had an insurance they don’t accept which i checked on my insurance website of approved providers and sure enough they accepted it. So to double check I called my insurance and sure enough it was what they accepted. I have a feeling the Asian lady at the front was racist because she wasn’t in a good mood the minute i walked in.
Lost my business.

Ive been coming here for a year now and would recommend it to everyone. The staff here is incridable and wouldn’t take my business anywhere eles. I bring my whole family to this wonderful place.

The wait in the lobby was 24 minutes, actual time in the dentist chair 7 minutes. My son is five, but he deserved an exam which he did not get. Only the top teeth were polished. They couldn’t wait to get us out. They were very condescending when I asked questions. It is one of the most unprofessional operations I have ever seen. I will not return and would NOT recommend!

Dr. Baek seems to have a very different opinion on diagnosing root canals than other dentists. To have a dentist tell you that you need six root canals when you have been examined by another dentist in the last year was very upsetting. His advice was that I should have all of my teeth pulled because of this and get dentures. This would be the most lucrative choice for him since he said that Denti-​cal would not cover the root canals.
When I saw another dentist for a second opinion I was told that two crowns and some fillings would take care of the problem areas. Very interesting how dentists vary in their opinions!

I was so pleased with the staff and service I got at Dr. Baeks office. I have a 5 yr. old so choosing a dentist was not easy for me since I am so picky and careful with who I let assist my baby girl. Her first appointment was wonderful and she wanted to go back asap lol She had to get some work done so I scheduled right away because I knew she would be in the best of hands here. She got the laughing gas for her first procedure and they made her feel so comfortable. I was so amazed at how well she did:) we go back soon and we are both excited Dr. Baek was referred to us. He is the best and so is his staff. I wouldn’t have it any other way:) If you are trying to find a great dentist for your little one’s go to Dr. BAEK! I am going to make appts for my husband and I as well now too.

Caring, knowledgeable, up to date dentist! Amazing dental office with the latest equipment. You even have you own little flat screen t.v. to keep you relaxed and occupied while you wait during your services. Can’t believe we found this dentist in Joshua tree! I would highly recommend Dr. Baek
