Just wanted to offer a glimpse of what we have experienced here at Riverwalk Pointe in Jupiter. There was never a walk through of our unit and we had several issues, one of which has still not been resolved 37 days later. The bathtub has an unidentified substance on the bottom and sides which has not been removed or deemed harmless to come in contact with. The manager here inexplicably had the maintenance man use a «stone» to clean the stains which only created multiple scratches while not cleaning the stains. Having lived in many rental communities throughout South Florida, I can truly say I have never experience anything like this — from the truly unacceptable customer service to the fact that nobody seems to even care that I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and posting these reviews. All this leads me to believe that there is a larger problem here and I would definitely advise anyone to look elsewhere or if you decide to move here, go over you unit from top to bottom before you sign the lease. And a note to Unilocal,you need to change«Mongrove» to «Mangrove».
