Great coffee + super nice staff = amazing start in the morning.
Don’t get confused. GPS will lead you to an HEB parking lot. Yes, there are found in the parking lot just look for the bright pink sign.
Btw, they’re open by 6AM!

Their coffee is lit & hits hard! It’s delicious. I got the gingerbread man iced coffee. It’s similar to a pumpkin spice from SB without the pumpkin. I’m not too sure if that makes any sense, but you get the picture. Try them at least once & see if you liked them just as much as I did!

This is by far the best coffee I’ve ever had, and with the nicest service you could possibly want… I don’t usually notice stuff like this, but it was above and beyond the norm! My favorite is the Nola, but the espresso was the best I’ve had. I also buy my beans there… I’m an addict…

N.O.La. Is my fav drink at Akamai Coffee. The quality is consistently good. The service has always been friendly. I particularly like that Akamai Coffee serves 100%Maui Coffee. It is grown on Maui, Roasted on Maui, and brewed on Maui. And I really like that they have almond milk as a substitute. Good stuff. Get some.

Why didn’t I know about this place sooner? Since having a baby, doing my usual routine and grabbing a cup of coffee at Starbucks has not been easy. This place is awesome! They are drive thru only and their coffee is WAY better than Starbucks! I’m hooked.

If I could give 10 stars to this place, I totally would! I’m sooooo glad that my fiancé found this place because it was the absolute best coffee I’ve ever had. I love the convenience of it being a drive through service.
We ordered the white chocolate frap and fell in love. We came back the next morning and ordered it again before heading up to Haleakalā. We paid about $ 6 for a 16oz, which isn’t bad. It is so much better than STARBUCKS, which costs about the same.

So confusing! It’s no longer blue, it’s white and some pink color container.
I got ice coffee, it’s ok. My hotel coffee was better.

Best coffee we’ve had since coming to Maui.
My boyfriend had an iced coffee and I had a black and white latte iced with half the sweetness. The iced coffee was earthy and smooth and the espresso was smooth light and nutty.
I LOVE a good cup of joe. And this is the spot for just that!

A hidden gem of a coffee spot that we would have never known was there if our friend hadn’t turned us on to it. Finding a great coffee on Maui requires a little digging but this place has it nailed!
If there’s a line it goes quickly and the service is always really prompt, polite and the product is delicious! I miss the epic coffee in Australia and this comes very close :)

Service was quick and friendly. The drive thru makes things convenient when you don’t want to get out of your car. Banana bread was quite tasty. Fresh brewed coffee was smooth going down after it cooled off (a sign of a fresh pot).

White Mocha Frap! The only thing I would get because other items on the menu don’t compare. A fave for sure!
I brought my dog during my last drive-​in visit. They offered her a treat. I felt that was such a sweet gesture. My dog quickly swallowed it and went to the window to think she would get more!
The girls are so sweet and very friendly! Would recommend this local spot! 4 stars only because I’ve tried another drink that was more disappointing.
