EXCELLENT! We used Patrick and his luxury vehicle for two evenings for wedding activities. The vehicle is super nice and incredibly comfortable. We felt like movie stars! Patrick was extremely professional and enjoyable. He was always on time and willing to work with our schedule. I highly recommend Five Diamond!

I recently used Five Diamond car service for a private tour of the island with my family while on Spring Break. It was recommended by our concierge. We wanted to take a tour but didn’t want to go with a large group. My daughter (10) is very easily car sick and we wanted the freedom to go at our own pace. The van that we were in was wonderful, top of the line and very comfortable! My daughter did not have any issues while riding in it. Patrick, our guide, was great. He knows an insane amount of information about the island, and took us to many places off the beaten path (which is what I like to see). He was friendly, funny and kind, which really made this trip enjoyable. we had a great time. I wish we would have know that he did airport service before our trip or we would have used this service too. (my poor daughter wasn’t so lucky with not getting sick during our trip to and from the airport with the service we did use). I would highly recommend Five Diamond Private Car service for anyone traveling to Kona. We have recommend him to our family and friends. I would use him again if I am ever so lucky to return to the island!

Had an awesome experience on the Big Island using 5 Diamond. Our driver Patrick was very professional and personable. We highly recommend seeing the Volcano after sunset as this was the highlight of our trip. It took us 2 hours to return to our hotel but the comfort and room of this lux vehicle made it so relaxing. Most of us slept on the ride back. If you want a private tour with your own schedule and a comfortable ride (better than SUB) then book with these guys! We hired Patrick and his Five Diamond deluxe van to drive us during a girls afternoon/​evening out. He was prompt, polite, the van is neat, well appointed with snacks, drinks, very comfortable seats and climate control. We enjoyed being chauffeured around in such a luxurious vehicle and felt like royalty. I highly recumbent Five Diamond private car for any ground transportation needs in Kona.
