McDonald’s

This is literally the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They consistently mess up my order as if they are doing it on purpose. Despite the limited options to eat on base, I now refuse to go to this location. I would starve before going back here. My last time that I went here they took soo long to make two coffees (which they messed up 2 times) that my car overheated and blew the head gasket.

Place still sucks after avoiding it for over a year. They parked me for a mcchicken and a double for like a 10 mins! wait wtf isn’t this fast food???

As far as food goes: it’s McDonald’s. It’s pretty standard everywhere.
My review is for the service. Every time I have come here, I’ve been met with the nicest people ever. Tonight, December 29, 2015, the lady at the pay window actually offered to give me her hair clip after I complimented her on it. She was such a sweetheart. I declined, of course, since my hair is way too short and it looked a million times better on her than it ever would on me (plus, it’s her hair clip, ya know?). It was still the sweetest thing ever. She didn’t have to, and she was completely genuine. I hope her manager sees this review and realizes what a gem they’ve got.
This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered absolute kindness here from the workers. They’re always polite, sincere, and hard working.
Our food has never been under or overcooked. Regarding hygiene and cleanliness, neither my husband nor I have ever noticed anything that would make us stop coming back to this particular location. I would be completely shocked if this place, or any other food place on this island, was completely bug-​free. It is a hot, humid place. There’s bound to be critters about.
Overall, food is standard, but service is excellent.

Nothing but rude bitches.
Not only did we find a cockroach in the table crawling around where we were eating. Which was fucking gross.
Then when you ask for ketchup they only give you one like
I hate asking for ketchup in the drive thru like I order 20 peace chicken nuggets what am
I suppose to do with one ketchup .?
Next the cheeseburgers are made horrible the cheese is just there is not even melted

;) My husband always gets burgers && just the other night we ordered to go, ate in the car and half way through he noticed there wasn’t any hamburger just two buns and toppings lol. He went in and the lady at the counter explained they were training some new people and kindly got him a new one! I even left my phone here before and it was waiting for me when I realized & rushed back. Any place that returns a brand new iPhone 6 with no passcode deserves five stars to me!
Only dislike is no sweet tea);

I thought this was fast food… It took me more than 20 minutes to get an ice cream cone with one person ahead of me in line.
The kid at the register, although very nice, was very incompetent. The manager came to help him more than once with the same order but it didn’t seem to do much. Meanwhile, a line formed behind me. A couple of employees were just standing not doing anything behind the counter. They could have opened a second register or at least helped the kid. Will not come back.

I honestly don’t think I’m the only one who make special orders. This one lady working at this McDonald’s was complaining right in front of me because I ordered a mixed drink. To me that’s really rude. Her costumer service sucked ass ! Excuse my language but that’s how much I’m annoyed with her. Who would talk crap about a costumer right in front of them?! Like seriously? I get that your busy but it’s not polite to do that kind of thing. Worst service ever from that lady at the pick up window for the drive through on 4−28−15. This isn’t the first time she’s done that to me. So I feel like I should share this with everyone.

Once again I wish there was a zero star option. It’s one thing to have horrible customer service and get orders wrong, but now I have to warn people of improper food handling practices and poor employee hygiene.
I got an undercooked grilled chicken sandwich. I had asked for crispy because I know from experience working at McDonald’s in the past that crispy is less likely to be undercooked. I’m not sure if it was the chicken or the condiments that I’ve noticed tend to be left out past their time that did it, but I have food poisoning now.
No one at this restaurant gives a crap. They’re rude, unprofessional, and unclean. I should’ve learned my lesson when I reviewed this place the first time a couple years ago. But being convenient and in the middle of a move (no way to cook my own food), I gave it another chance. Maybe I should go in there and spew the contents of my stomach on their floor… that joke of a chicken sandwich.
Shame on you McDonald’s. Disgusting and despicable.

Everyone has their vices… my husband, avid gym rat and greek god, has a very soft spot for the good ol McD’s. Some days, thats all the wants so thats what he gets
Tips: Want extra hot fries? Ask for fries without Salt! And then ask for salt at the counter!
Location: Near the commissary and gas and more
Parking: limited parking with around 10 ish stalls
Ambiance: Couldn’t say, we’ve never been inside, only drive thru.
Service: Oddly enough, our service every single time we’ve gone (which is more often than i’d like to admit) is always fast, and friendly. They have yet to ever mess up our order and they are always very nice even with the extremely long lines that happen right at lunch and dinner time. Our orders come out as they should, hot and ready and we have never gotten food with «extras» inside.
Happy customers so we just keep coming back!

This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The past FOUR TIMES I went they have gotten my order wrong: the fries are mushy/​cold, wrong drink, the sandwich is soggy, etc. I’m not sure how hard it is to make sure the food is fresh but I imagine it’s not THAT hard. I won’t be coming back which is okay, because it’s not particularly good for you anyways.

I never knew how complete my life could be with a hot Egg McMuffin eaten to a electro-​bossa nova soundtrack.
Hip music aside, the place is super clean (and looks recently renovated). I got greeted with a cheerful «Hi!» as soon as I walked in, and got my order in no time flat.
EVERYONE working here is super chipper and upbeat, actually. Compared side-​by-​side, the meal experience I had at this place beats out a lot of sit-​down restaurants I’ve been to…

This MCDs holds the record for fastest drove through. I ordered 1 chicken sandwich and was out in 1:30!!!

Wow, this McDonald’s sucks! I haven’t been here that many times and I’ve lived here for over a year already. But so far they’ve had me waiting over 10 minutes in the drive-​thru for a fruit smoothie, then another time they gave me the wrong order (which worked out in my favor, but still!). There is no consistency here. They need to step it up because a lot of people come here to get a quick bite. I know this place has got the potential. I have no complaints about employees being rude but they need to step it up a few notches and I’m sure they’ll be great.
