Jim showed up 45 minutes after I spoke with him. I needed two locks to have access on the outside of the door, plus I had lost the keys. I expected to need new locks but Jim simply flipped the existing locks (saving me money), and made me new keys using the equipment in his truck! Quick, easy, professional, and the price was very reasonable!

I was a property manager on the windward side for years and have been working with Jim for nearly as long. He is efficient, trust worthy and easy to work with. His knowledge goes way beyond fixing locks. He has helped restore a safe that no longer worked and can key locks so they all use one key. He also makes key replacements on site. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.
