Really unbelievable. We found them at the kukui’ula gourmet market May 25(Wednesday 330 – 600). family had slices of Belgium(dark) chocolate pie, coconut cream pie, and macadamia nut pie. All Very good. Crust wasn’t just right, but pie inside was super. Lines long but worth the wait. Had a chicken pot pie a few days later at the Hanapepe market — also very good; Daughter had the curry vegetarian savory pie, and it was too filling she said. No lines at Hanpepe that night 5++ for sweet pies; 4 for savory pies.

I always love these adorable pies, especially the lemon pies. Plus, I just realize they serve awesome coconut cream pies.

The only bad part about this place is that my husband may leave me for pie. We had the chicken pot pie, the purple sweet potato curry pie, a slice of mango/lilikoi pie, and a slice of heaven(aka– chocolate coconut macaroon pie). Everything was awesome. The macaroon pie– there are no words. Just trust me and eat it. The crust on everything is a delicious flakey butter crust that I can only dream of achieving.

Such a fan of the island lemon slice, which was served with a smile from the friendly lady behind the counter. 100% recommend a stop here for some dessert!

Truly delicious pie. Being a healthy eater I was delighted to see no sugar added on the menu. It allows me to feel a little less guilt when we choose to indulge a little. I absolutely love the NSA apple pie, and the caramel apple pie. My husband’s favorite is the macadamia nut pie. Whether you are visiting the island or are a resident this is a treat you MUST try!

I haven’t tried every flavor… but every flavor I have tried has been fantastic! If you haven’t had the Carmel Apple, it is a must try. There are two locations on Kauai both are equally good.

This is NOT a good place if you are bad at making decisions! They had at least a dozen savory pot pies to choose from, and just as many sweet pies. They offer four fresh savory pies each day, and then an assortment that are frozen. My husband got the fresh broccoli and cheddar, I got the purple potato confetti. They were both beautifully made and delicious. The broccoli cheddar had, naturally, fresh broccoli and cheddar cheese. The purple potato had corn, carrots, celery and a few other vegetables I can’t remember in a savory sauce. For dessert I got a slice of the Island lemon. The filling was fresh and the right level of tart. My only«complaint» is that the top crust was too firm and made the filling gush out. But I like to eat my pies in layers anyway, so eating the crust separate wasn’t a real problem. I also ate it straight from the fridge, rather than let it come to room temp, which probably would have made a difference. If you call ahead they will cook them so they’re ready for you to pick up. If you pick up to take home, just make sure to coordinate between fresh and frozen — my frozen took almost an hour to cook(recommended time is 40 to 60 minutes) and the fresh took about 45(recommended 30 — 45). If we had more time on the island — and if we hadn’t discovered it two days before we left — we would have went back to try their other flavors.

The best pies EVER! I“be been told that I make killer pies, but Right Slice has all those ono ingredients that are grown on the island! Prices are well worth each scrumptious fresh bite, great friendly Aloha service. It’s more a takeout business, lacks homey pie, coffee, tea atmosphere! Parking is limited with issues backing out into the highway, but don’t let that stop you from trying the best butter crust pie just like grandma made!

I first tried a slice at a north shore farmers market past Hanalei a year ago. The mango slice broke da mouth! I also tried their pecan pie that they made for my friends wedding, ono-liscious! No one could stop talking about it. Best pie on Kauai.

We’ve been here two years in a row on our family vacation to Kauai and have gotten these dessert and chicken pot pies at the local Farmer’s Market in Poipu. Hands down the best part of the trip and some of the best pies I’ve ever had. Nothing beats chocolate mac nut! Even the mango pie is delicious. Was also pleasantly surprised with the pot pies(which I usually don’t care for), but these were delicious and worth coming back for more. If I ever get back to Kauai, I will definitely be paying them a visit!

Walked in not expecting a lot and was pleasantly surprised! Could not make up my mind. Got the liloki cheesecake and a recommendation. So yummy had to walk out with a savory pie as well! Will definitely go back when I get a chance. The person up front was very friendly and helpful!

Stopped by the right slice after a long day hiking in Waimea and it was the perfect way to end the day. I had the coconut cream pie and it was pure perfection. The cream was rich and thick. The pie was perfectly chilled. The crust was flaky and buttery. There are no frills at this pie place, and that’s fine with me. Pie is what they do, and pie is what you’ll get. I absolutely loved this place and can’t recommend it enough.

We got a few slices of pie here after going to Waimea and Polihale. We got the blueberry piña colada, lilikoi mango, and chocolate macaron. All of the pies were super tasty and worth the stop. The lilikoi mango pie had nice big chunks of fresh mango and the chocolate macaron pie tasted just like a macaron!

Stopped by their booth at the Hanapepe street fair and I’m glad I did! Pros: — The lilikoi cheesecake was divine! Perfect balance of cheesecake and fruity flavor. It was light and fluffy and cheesecakey perfection. Cons: — The crust was super soggy. I don’t think they par baked it first, which would’ve make the cheesecake that much better. Wish I had gotten a chance to try their other pies or at least get another slice of heaven before leaving the island!

Omg! Go here! The four of us each had a different flavor and they were all superb! Group favorites: the coconut cream pie– so much shaved coconut and such a creamy texture. And the lemon, which was just the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Worth every penny. Worth every calorie. Worth it all!

If you were wondering which dessert to have obviously the Right Slice is the answer right? We enjoyed a piece of coconut pie at the Friday night art walk in Hanapepe. We actually got the last piece so if you have you eye on something particular make sure you get it ASAP or the most popular ones could be gone in seconds. If you happen to pick the wrong slice just pick again and surely you will get the right slice. There were so many choices that everyone should leave satisfied!

Eclectic flavor combinations worth every penny! This location recently opened and I gotta represent! The woman with the short black hair and nice smile was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. YES! It’s $ 5.25 per slice. When I came into the bakery I too was caught off guard by the price. However, throughout the course of our trip we tried many different treats and most were not satisfactory. These pies are beyond. I’d rather spend a little more money for a great product than less money for a crappy product with the same amount of calories. If I’m going to eat highly caloric foods they better be worth the extra time I have to spend at the gym to work them off. Now to discuss the slices! Off top, the crust was perfection. Some of the best pie crust I’ve ever tasted. My favorite was the lemon. The curd was zesty and refreshing. It wasn’t too sweet and had a twangy twist. Super light and luscious. I also really enjoyed the blueberry piña colada. It had a nice island taste to it. The slice carried an abundance of lump, ripe blueberries. The cherry coconut was similar to the blueberry but a tad different. Equally delicious, but the cherry had more of a cobbler topping rather than a traditional topping. The cherries were plump and tart which supremely complimented the sweet coconut. The chocolate coconut macaroon blew me away. It’s a caramelized coconut macaroon topping with a silky chocolate interior. It was divine! It was also the most memorable of all the pies. Thank you, Right Slice! We enjoyed and sometimes fought over every bite :)
