Leisure Limousine

Bingo! These are the folks to call. I called them in a pinch one Saturday morning, because I was flying out of Grand Rapids but needed to return my rental car to Kalamazoo. The person who answered the phone at Leisure Limo was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Using their service was as smooth and pleasant as could be – and FAR less expensive than returning my car to Grand Rapids. Ugh.
Matt, my driver, was professional in every way — well dressed, well groomed, polite, and conversational — but definitely respectful of my not wanting to chat the entire time. I would use Leisure Limo again in a heartbeat, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

If you are going to Kalamazoo/​Portage area and need a ride, these are the guys to call. I use them weekly to go to and from the airport. You can create an account with them and then never have to give your credit card again, a major plus. Also, they have a stand right at the airport (near baggage claim) and they wait around until the last flight comes in at night!
Their drivers are very friendly and are easy to engage in conversation or ride in silence without a problem. The cars are roomy, clean, comfortable and peppermints are always available. They only utilize flat rates, typical of «limo» car services (read: sedans, large SUVs). For $ 24 (not including tip) I get from downtown Kalamazoo to the airport.
This would have been a 5 star review, except they do not have a ²⁴⁄₇ dispatch. It’s not really that important for this size small town, but it rules out last minute booking in the early morning or late at night.
