I had an issue with my hot water heater. Phil talked to me over the phone and gave me several suggestions on what the problem might be. He was absolutely spot on. Instead of making a house call on the weekend, and charging me for that service, he used his expertise and fixed the problem, at no cost to me. I have written his number on my hot water heater and I will definitely be calling him at the next sign of trouble.

The owner, Phil, came out to our house the week of the June 2011 heat wave & was able to get his crew in to set & install a new central AC unit before the worst of the 90’s hit. When the condensate pump failed, he came out and replaced it the next day at no charge. Phil was quick to reply, very considerate, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. We’ll be calling him for all of our HVAC needs.
