I lived in one of their apartment buildings where the neighbors upstairs would spit, throw things at me, and even attacked me. Troff & Denning didn’t do anything about it and while my mom and I are both disabled, we were kicked out. the neighbors had been starting childish fights with me and my mom since we moved there.

I have lived in a Troff & Denning apartment since August of 2012. This has been the BEST experience for me with apartments in Kalamazoo! When I moved in, the apartment was 100% renovated and everything worked perfectly. The landlord I work with, Wendy Denning, is very responsive to any issues. I consistently see her at my building once a month, checking on things and making sure everything works properly. I have had 0 issues with them, and the rent is totally affordable!
