We stayed at the fairmont for 3 nights and our plan was to enjoy the pool and beach on property. My husband isn’t a big breakfast person so this was perfect I could grab a quick bite before we hit the beach. It’s expensive. Like really. But look where you are a nice resort in Hawaii. It’s just how it is. I will say the costumer service was outstanding and the food was really pretty good! I had a few different items and drinks and all were very good…

This pastry baked goods fiend could not find a single dessert to satisfy my sweet tooth; big unhappy face with this 3 star review. I went a bit over board and bought a papaya scone, cinnamon roll, chocolate dipped peanut butter cookie, and a cream filled Malasada. All of the aforementioned were very dry. Maybe I came at the wrong time of the day, late morning, or maybe they need more butter or oil in their batter. Despite the lack of moistness in their pastries, the Portuguese sausage torta wasn’t bad. You could tell the egg was nuked, but the bread was soft and soaked up the fat from the sausage without becoming soggy. At $ 4 for a small cup of «Kona» coffee, it lacked the richness and bold flavor of Kona coffee.(Makes me wonder if it was really Kona or a Kona Blend.) The staff is super friendly and there is a good selection of snacks and drinks. It’s right smack dab in the middle of the lagoon and pool, so you can grab a quickie bite here instead of paying extra for waiter service.

Very expensive. Items look good sitting in the glass case but everything was very bland. The only thing I enjoyed was the maui pineapple…

Very nice quality pastries and breakfast sandwiches for the price. I had the ham, egg and cheese croissant, also the mango danish and guava cream cheese strudel. Make sure you get them heated. Yum! The 100% Kona coffee was good but kind of pricey.

Probably the most reasonable place to eat at the Fairmont, besides the bar upstairs at happy hour. Made a pretty good croissant sandwich, but nothing fantastic. You can get a refillable thermos for either hot or iced coffee for $ 25, and it’s totally worth it if you’re going to be there for awhile. I was excited for the iced coffee, but the top wouldn’t fit on the cup, and kept spilling coffee all over my hand as I walked. Decent food, but nothing special. Good for takeaway or a picnic on the beach.

I had the ham, egg, and cheese crossiant and a strawberry/banana/mango smoothie this morning. The crossiant was delicious… very buttery with a good portion of fresh sliced ham and folded egg. The smoothie was a little too sweet for me though. Great place to pick up any snacks on the go!

This is the deli located poolside at the Fairmont Orchid. We were guests at the hotel and had gotten up early to watch Sunday morning football on TV at the poolside bar. The Deli was the only nearby place to grab something to eat for breakfast. At half-time my husband went over there and picked up breakfast sandwiches for us. They were very good! The deli offers light snacks throughout the day and frozen yogurt/ice cream. They also have smoothies, etc. A great grab n go venue close to the pool.

Decent quick bites and relatives inexpensive in comparison to everything else at the Fairmont. The quiche isn’t the best as it had more of a custard texture rather than a quiche. When you shake the quiche and it jiggles like jello. we have a problem! Nice quick service. Tasty sandwiches though.

Part of the Fairmont Orchid, we ate here for lunch while hanging by the pool then the next day I grabbed a muffin for breakfast. For lunch, had the carved ham and cheddar sandwich with garlic aioli. Served warm and it was delicious and pretty reasonable for a resort, $ 10. For breakfast, had a simple blueberry muffin which was phenomenal. It was served hot and the blueberries were so fresh they tasted like they were picked earlier that morning. Convenient and somewhat reasonable, you won’t be disappointed.

Expensive in some ways although very tasty. The ham sandwich is excellent and comes recommended. Average rating as although stated as a deli you can’t custom order a sandwich. Nice variety but limited flexibility if you want customization.

The prices are actually reasonable for a resort. Hands down the best yogurt parfait. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious and filling. We usually stay 10 days and always opt for the coffee mug purchase for $ 25. For $ 25, you get a thermos mug and free coffee refills(regular coffee) for your entire stay. Totally worth it.

Very friendly staff. Coffee was expensive, but as would be expected in a resort. Oatmeal was a great choice for breakfast. Nothing spectacular here, but a good option if you’re staying at the Fairmont and want a quick bite to go.

Brown’s Deli is located right next to the pool. They open up pretty early(6:30 am) which is nice for the early birds who want coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The customer service is good but meh, everything else was mediocre. Of course, everything is overpriced at this resort but I expected better quality food and coffee. I’ve had the turkey sandwich(3.5÷5), veggie wrap(3⁄5), California roll(2⁄5), chocolate chip cookie(3⁄5), and the iced vanilla latte(3⁄5). Nothing special really. They did have a good special on their tumblers and coffee commuter cups. If you purchased one for $ 20, your coffee and tea would be discounted if you go back for drinks and you would get the flavored syrup at no charge. The customer service was pretty good and if you purchase something, you have the option to charge it to your room. There are some picnic tables right outside near the pool but no seating area in the deli. Overall an alright spot to get coffee and quick grub. The food quality can be improved but I can’t complain too much-if I’m at Brown’s Deli, I’m at the beautiful Fairmont Orchid.

Everything about this place is «so so»(like another Unilocaler mentioned). Despite the ridiculously high prices, the staff is very friendly, and I actually enjoyed the Grilled Local Veggie Wrap. Some of the other items were more«deli style» and definitely not worth the pricing. The desserts are actually pretty tasty! The chocolate-dipped strawberries were delicious. A semi-decent place to grab a snack while you’re at the Fairmont Orchid.

Convenient deli at The Fairmont Orchid, but you pay for the convenience. The staff was friendly and offered to warm up my croissant, banana bread, etc. Do yourself a favor and get the sweet Maui onion potato chips with any sandwich that you order.

Coffee is «so so». Much better coffee available in the little shopping center close to the hotel. Their snacks and pastries are good. I would recommend the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Service can be slow at times.

Get the Fairmont mug for $ 20 and you get free coffee or tea, iced or not for your whole stay. A little pricey, but worth it for the convenience. The quiche was so good we had it most days for breakfast. Also, try the banana pudding. Yummy!

Brown’s was a convenient spot to get a bite to eat or snack while hanging at the pool or beach on the grounds of the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. Too convenient, especially if you are a guest here and could say those six magic words: «I’ll charge it to the room» Salads, sandwiches, yogurt, espresso drinks, chips, fruit, sodas, water, juice, sushi rolls, pastries, etc. I especially liked their pressed Cuban-style sandwiches; large and tasty. I wasn’t so crazy about their California rolls, which were not meaty enough for me. Prices were highish, of course. But for the convenience and location, pretty reasonable.
