Good Chili Relleno and Verde. Attentive waitress who quickly addressed the issue of an overcooked steak. I liked the Polygamy Porter. Very affordable as well!

Like I said in my Unilocal check in… «DONOT eat here if you want to be served in less than an hour.» Our server did not want to serve us and had a sour look on her face as she knew she had no choice and approached our table. She didn’t even ask me what options I wanted on my breakfast that were clearly listed on the menu. The server did not bring us the coffee and hot chocolate we ordered. My gf had to get the coffee herself. When we asked about the hot chocolate, she said«oh yeah… right.» And returned with a cup covered in cocoa powder. I should have known better than to stop at ANY small town diner. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted a coffee refill. It’s your average greasy spoon diner. The tourists and locals love it. We waited over one hour from ordering to get our food. It was OK.

We stopped in for breakfast. We found service to be good. The salsa was good and spicy. Our food was good too. Not great but good. I would consider it middle of the road taste wise. I found it to be a little under seasoned. Cholula made up for that though. No regrets eating here.

The lady at the front desk of our hotel told us to go to Wendy’s and skip this place, but unfortunately I didn’t listen. The service here is horrible, especially if you get the booth next to the waitresses station where you can watch them eating food while you wait a long time just to order. You can also hear them complaining about their job and what time they get off work. Hey Manger, instead of folding silverware into napkins, see that you customers are being taken care of and the cooks are getting orders out timely. The only positive was the taquitos(which weren’t good) where served very hot. Too bad the beans and rice were very cold. Judging from the others customers in restaurant, complaining world not help, not to mention who wants to send food back after it took so long to get it in the first place. In short, the Food was bland and the service was bad.

Food was bland and not authentic. Also, the service was pretty bad. The waitress was way too busy or forgetful to get us the things we needed. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It does have a nice cozy atmosphere, though.

Food was ok. The 1 star review is for being charged a 5 dollar service fee(waiter decided to automatically give herself a 20 percent tip). I guess they add this to people who look like tourists.

A nice surprise! We found this hole in the wall when we ventured out of East Zion to find some very late lunch /early dinner. It had friendly, fast service and yummy chips n salsa! Their beer and wine selection was scarce, however… Including their wine being served out of a BOX! So, that was disappointing to say the least. Then we found out they don’t serve margaritas neither. But, I will say their food was good and portions were VERYLARGE! It satisfied our party of four, so … I’d say, mission accomplished!

We live in the area and I first tried this place when I moved and had not unpacked yet. I had to wait for a long time to even get a drink order. Then more waiting for the drinks and food order. This included very bland food. The second visit my boyfriend wanted fried chicken. After very long waiting and poor service he received still frozen chicken. Asked for a new plate of chicken and again more frozen chicken for the second round. Poor service, long waits, high prices and bad food.

I came for lunch and was quite favorably impressed. Service was good and pleasant. I had some humongous combo platter, all of which I liked, especially the shredded beef tacos. Wife had Indian Tacos which weren’t bad but I think I did better. Nedras has good salsa and the best chips I’ve ever had — no joke! They serve beer and I had a decent Golden Ale from Salt Lake City which also promotes Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. They give you a vast plate of sopapillas, some of which we took with us .They became breakfast. This is an interesting place. It’s somewhat diner like and not owned or run by Mexicans(I think). But it’s serving good, serious Mexican food.

Traveling through Utah and stopped here for a late dinner. The food was delicious and the service was great! Sure wish this place wasn’t a 1000 miles from home!

OK… but A) Hated the enchilada sauce. No taste, slimey, not good B) The veggie quesadilla was good, some of the flavors(sun dried tomato) were lost C) The salsas were mediocre Overall, bland, no high notes, nothing to recommend

We ate here and it was packed full of screaming children, and servers that seemed to be a bit in over their heads. The food was fine, but our dinner for four arrived at three separate times, with an explanation provided only after we waited for a while and then hunted down our server to see what was up. Also, they don’t have margaritas, so if you were looking for a couple of margs after a long day of hiking, you might want to head elsewhere.

This was the first time I have really enjoyed Mexican food outside of Arizona. I had pork carnitas and my wile had a chimichanga with white sauce. Both were more than we could eat and were very good. The salsa serve with chips was made from scratch. This was noted with the first taste. The chips were fresh and good. If this place were close to home, I would return regularly.

Food was so so but the service was absolutely horrendous. It took us about 5 minutes for them to attempt to seat us so finally I just asked if I could sit in the open seats in front of us. Then we waited HALF an hour for a waitress to take our order. She took our order then promptly forgot about us for the next hour. Absolutely terrible. And the food sucked but what do you expect. It’s Utah.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Zion National Park. Great food, large portions, and friendly service. I may not stop here again, but I hope that I might.

Good tasting food and the staff is delightful. Came in wanting breakfast and since we had Mexican food the night before we wanted something different and this place offered both Mexican and American dishes. Only restaurant besides McDonalds that we found open on a Sunday Morning. Once we sat down we had coffee in no time plus chips and salsa. Ordered Chicken Fried Beef(Chicken Fried Steak) and it was a huge portion of breaded steak with a nice gravy on top. Hash browns were thinly sliced and eggs were alright. Marina our waitress kept on checking on us to make sure we had coffee and we were satisfied.

Danielle had the cheese enchiladas with white sauce. The white sauce was recommended to us by a local, so we gave it a try. And they were right, it was so good! Eric had the Chubby Burger(2 half pound paddies with double cheese) and that was amazing as well!

Great find — Southwest food, big menu, and lots of vegetarian and vegan options too. I had the Best Friends burrito — and it was delicious. Zucchini, squash, and more! Definitely a gem to find!

I can’t say I hate this place, but just not my cup of tea. My friends said their food was fine, but I didn’t think mines was that great. I heard their breakfast is excellent and maybe I should have ordered that instead. I went with the Navajo Tacos. In the end, it was soggy fry bread atop with cooked lettuce and some beans and cheese. The carnitas was probably the only thing that kept me eating it. I think if the lettuce was laid on top last before everything it wouldn’t have gone soggy. The fry bread needed a different plating. When placed on a regular plate it causes condensation and creates a soggy wet bread. Service was spotty and dead slow at times. Granted it got busier when we arrived along with couple of other running teams. Needless to say, not excuses just do what you gotta do to adjust. — Enjoy!
