Worst Chinese food I’ve tasted in my life! The food is «warm» nearly warm sometimes and the taste for most foods they serve here is just horrible. Idk… but I’ve had better

Do not frequent chinese food resturaunts on base, or eat any chinese food served on base. I repeat do not visit chinese resturaunts on base or accept delivery from chinese places that will deliver on base.
So many bad experiences and so little time!
How is a non chain resturaunt able to keep up with the cries of starving young men looking for tempting appetizing hearty chinesse food?
They can’t! Half of the time its all thrown together, grease, salt, sugar, msg, and another dash of grease. Im not chinese but i have alot of chinese friends and they tell me REAL chinese food is actually really healthy. Now in those terms, living in the states i’ve never had the opportunity to experience «REAL» chinese food in those terms i can merely only imagine it in detail in the fantasies of my mind.
General Tso’s chicken: Who was general Tso, and what was special about his chicken? It must have been quite the chicken to earn such a notorious title as to be known in the present as the chicken who could feed many. Best dish here. Not all that great!
honestly, don’t remember what i got, but what ever it was, mixed with general tso chicken gave me nasty food poisoning. stomach was rumbling like two pit bulls in a dog fight.
Not much seating as its connected to other resturaunts, more than ample parking.

Don’t get me wrong i love me my L&L’s from time to time, but this place is just OK!
Similar to L&L BBQ, just not as busy. They have ala carte that sits out there and they never replace it or cooks a new batch :/​.
Therefore, as Chad L. said… bring TUMS LOL.
As we all know eating to much MSG based foods calls for TUMS and most likely (The #2).
The military guys on base probably enjoy it more than the locals because its one of the only places in Kaneohe MCB to buy an actual «plate lunch».

I usually come here if i have a job on base on craving some «CHINESE COCAINE» That’s what i call MSG. Haha. I highly recommend the freshly cooked plate lunches (anything that hasn’t been sitting). The teri beef plate is my regular, which is plentiful, filling, and most importantly… cooked when ordered.

Great food and service. Located right next to the base laundromat.
