Walked in with my Mom. The place is very clean and stocked well. The prices are high, but makes sense for getting comfortable slippers and shoes. Unfortunately, the employee working there at 7:00pm was sitting behind the desk looking at the computer. She heard us walk in and didn’t even acknowledge us. My mother was in there for another 10 minutes… and still no acknowledgement. Very bad customers service.

I didn’t realize how important my feet were until I had extreme pain and difficulty walking. The cause: bad footwear. Solution: good shoes and flip flops.
Located on the bottom level of Windward Mall, The Ultimate Foot Store opened on Black Friday, 2014. There are other locations at The Ward Warehouse and Pearlridge Mall, Uptown.
Available are many Podiatrist-​approved brands such as: fitflop, Vionic (with orthaheel technology), Olukai, Spenco, Sole, Power Step, Atrex, Birkenstock (from Germany) and crocs.
Personally, I wore crocs all over Israel and had Happy Feet! They ae easy to clean (just wear them while you shower) and are great with jeans and/​or skirts!
Right now, I’m into the fitflop brand, since my podiatrist had them in his office. If you don’t have a podiatrist, go to the Ultimate Foot Store & get some! The service is efficient, helpful, and friendly! The displays are neat and organized!
