Lebleu Towing & Salvage

Lebleu towing was referred to us by our roadside assistance company. Nate arrived promptly and was beyond friendly. It was five am and very cold. He replaced my flat tire with ease. Thank you so much Nate.

Improper customer service given by lady that answered the phone. Improper ETA given with no justification or apology. I ordered a tow truck to come and pull me out of mud on 2÷3÷2016 at 645pm. I received a text from my insurance company announcing the company and ETA was 726pm. I waited patiently, meanwhile never receiving a call from dispatcher. At 745pm, I called customer service and the lady was very harsh on the phone stating the driver was just getting gas and would be there shortly. At 810pm, I called back and asked her where he was getting gas at because it had been awhile. She stated he was in Charlotte (45 minutes away). I asked why did they ETA at 726 when in fact they knew he couldn’t be there at that time. She told me if I didn’t like it I could cancel my service call. I told her I had two young children in the car under 5 and I would appreciate for him to arrive ASAP. She then said MAM like I said cancel it if you don’t like it. I was shocked by the way she spoke to me on the phone. I called Progressive a few minutes later and she called them and cancelled sending someone out after I had waited almost 2 hours. I then had to wait on another company to come out 30 minutes later.
