I have been a member at 300BC for about 10 months now and I can definitely say that I am hooked! Wayne and the rest of the 300BC crew truly care about helping everyone meet their fitness goals no matter where you are starting. The Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes have enough options it works well with almost any schedule. Also, having the option of getting assistance such as nutrition advice, workouts for when you’re out of town or unable to make it and any other personal training you might need is really helpful. I recommend anyone looking to journey towards a healthier lifestyle to check out 300BC!

A friend introduced me to 300BC a month ago(in January). Before signing up, I was a little intimidated to be going to a bootcamp-style gym because I didn’t want to have the pressure to do more than I am capable of doing of the coach and everyone in the class. 300BC is not that kind of gym. Wayne is such a great coach and motivator. The amount of attention he gives each and everyone one of his«Spartans» blow any other gym out of the water. The day I joined the 300BC, I received a personal email from him welcoming me to the gym, and offering to answer any questions I had. After my first day, he emailed me again asking what I thought of the class. I have attended classes at both locations, and I love them both. I am always looking forward to going to the 5:30 a.m. classes!

I have tried 3 classes here, I think it’s time for a review! First of all, it’s a great value for the money and they offer tons of times for convenience. Also, you get the first 3 classes for FREE! The classes run Monday, weds, and Friday. There is also a Saturday challenge in the morning. The classes are set as a circuit. There are about 10 — 12 stations. A countdown timer tells you when to begin. Generally you do a 40 second work time and 10 second break. Each station is visited between 2 – 3 times. The stations change, so no 2 workouts will be the same. The intervals make the class FLY by and you can go at your own pace. What’s great about it is that the trainer is there to correct your form and that is what they focus on. I think it’s a lot of fun and I want to try out the waldo location too! Just an FYI, I have done the 4:30 class and the 6:30 class. The 4:30 class had a good amount of people — comfortable. I saw the end of a 5:30 class and it was PACKED! The 6:30 class was busy, but not overwhelming.
