Food was excellent and the service is great, although the selections for the lower priced menu items were somewhat limited. The breakfast food is quite good for a buffet.

Nice place in the Hilton hotel. Prompt and friendly service and the food was delicious. Brisket was sliced thin, moist and sauce had a nice kick to it. The fries were crispy and the beans slightly sweet and tangy.

The service was not up to what I consider top notch. When I come to a place to eat I expect to at least be acknowledged.
The food was really good. The brisket was smoked perfectly and the sauce was really good. I think the price was a little high for what I got. When I get BBQ, I expect large servings not small ones. They sure charged me like it was going to be a large protion.
The BBQ was very good but there was not enogh there and the service was not very good.

Took awhile to be acknowledged and seated.
Took ~5 min for server to come by.
BBQ smells good.
Food arrived ~15 min after it was ordered. The brisket was thinly sliced, had a nice smokey flavor, and was complimented nicely by sauce and a buttery bun. I also got French fries and added a small salad. I was charged $ 4 for the small side salad that was probably a cup or less :(.
I was checked on one time after receiving my food. The server was able to tell me the meat is smoked on site for ~6 hrs.
Overall, the BBQ beef brisket sandwich was good and the dining area appeared well kept up. 4 stars is due to the tasty brisket sandwich I had :)
