My go-​to for gluten free bar food. You can sub any bread out for gf bread. Cider on tap and wine specials during happy hour. All gold to me.

This was my first visit. The food and service was good and it’s obviously popular… The place was packed. However the musty odor of the dinning room was immediately noticeable and not so pleasant

The service was excellent. We had the Friday fish and chips special. It was good. A bit thick on the batter, but the fish was tender and flakey. The Cole slaw was very good. We were in a back room, so it was nice and quiet. I would go back.

No complaints about the service, it’s decent. Not terrible, not above and beyond either.
I’m glad I can eat here at 1am when I crave a burger without needing to be 21, that’s a plus, no carding at the door both times I’ve been.
The food leaves something to be desired. The hamburgers and pork chops were both dry, but I’ll eat it when they’re basically the only place in the area open anyway! The nachos are actually amazing though, so there’s that.

Food not the best. However, the roof top is great to seat down for drinks and enjoy the view on a nice fall or spring day!

I was in a mood for buffalo wings, Coaches is close to work and they are a bar. Figured they gotta have some decent wings. WRONG. WORST WINGS IVE EVER HAD. They looked, felt and tasted like they were microwaved. Granted i ordered them takeout, but my 5 min drive was not enough to ruin them It honestly looked like yesterdays fried chicken with tons of the vinigarest hot sauce you have ever had. Will not be getting them ever again.

Greatest bar ever! It’s like a cheers where everyone knows your name, but if it’s your first visit they treat you like they have known you for a lifetime

Yes, there are probably better places to get a burger. Hey, it’s bar food. BUT, this place makes a BLT that rivals The Peanut. There, I said it. That’s right, nice thick bacon, piled high, with American cheese and mayo on the side. Yummy. Really yummy. The fries are pretty good too.

Update: back again, service was great, the waitress was awesome. But the food is once again a huge disappointment, even though we branched out and tried different items. My husband ordered a medium rate burger and it came out WELL done. Not a little done, but so done that it was crunchy. He was too afraid to send it back because he didn’t want the kitchen to screw with it or whatever, but I wish he had let me say something to our server. We’re pretty much done with this place, which is too bad since it’s so close to our house.

The general manager is a horribly rude racist. She’s rude and inconsiderate.
A friend and I go there 1 to 5 times a week and spend thousands of dollars a year there. The bartenders Mike and Nikki are friendly and fun. The servers Eunice and Katie are the best in the city. The food is amazing as well.
The only downside is that horrible general manager. She curses at paying customers when she thinks they might have upset another guest by cursing in her bar. She’s garbage and should not be in her position.

Consistent place to grab a quick bite with friends or family! The service is friendly and the food is always great. My favorite is the chicken sandwich.

They double charge, the manager is moronic, the employees worry more about their texts and flirting with one another rather than doing their job. One star is too much, but Unilocal minimum.

Such a pleasant surprise. The food came out quick and was well seasoned! I will definitely be back the next time i come to KC

Excellent service last night as friends of Kelly Dugan met in remembrance of his birthday and passing. Our laughter got loud a couple of times as we told old stories but the grace of hospitality was evident as we continued to celebrate Kelly’s life.

I wanted to watch some Sunday football and this Coach’s location is pretty close to my apartment, so I decided to give it a try. I arrived and sat at a table near the front door. The place is not too big but not tiny either. There are a lot of T.V.‘s. Most (if not all) seats have a view of a T.V. somewhere. The door is located towards the middle of the restaurant, so in the winter the breeze hits most bar seating and a good amount of tables as well. I noticed this when people entered/​exited. Also it was really cold at one point because the back door was opened as staff were bringing a shipment in.
Shortly after I arrived, I was greeted warmly by a server. I wish I remembered her name because she was very nice. I ordered a beer and let her know I would order food at halftime. She promptly remembered and asked for my order as soon as halftime began. I got the Cubano sandwich with sweet potato fries. The filling in the sandwich was good, but the bread wasn’t great. It did not enhance the sandwich as bread should. It probably was bought at the grocery store up the road. It didn’t completely ruin the sandwich for me, but different bread would really make the sandwich a lot better. I liked the sweet potato fries — they were crispy and yummy.
I liked the atmosphere here and would probably come again. If I come in the winter I will sit as far from the door as I can! Overall, a good place to come watch the game, and great service!

Hanging with one of my besties for happy hour and eating a good cream cheese and grilled onion burger!
The service wasn’t the best for me. I noticed them being short and not making eye contact, but it is what it is. I’m not letting anyone run me away.

I was here with the Missouri Comets faithful as we watched our season end in the Championship game in Baltimore.
Despite the fact that they were absolutely slammed with the surprising number of people who showed up to watch the obscure final for a league with only 8 teams, AND that the streaming link had lots of problems, they were friendly and awesome.
Also a member of KC Originals (for you points hounds!)

The taco Tuesday deal is no deal. You can call it personal pref, but I had given my uneaten tacos back because the first one that I tried to eat was so awful. That says a whole bunch. I at least finished my Taco Via tacos (not to mention my burger king tacos LOL)…
OK so the bad and the ugly came first. The good was the service. My tacos were taken away and comped with an apology. The wait staff have been great in my experience.
