Our networks went down at my job and try as we might we couldn’t get our systems up and running.
We had several service call visits from our local provider but all to no avail. Individual PC’s would just stop working and give us endless errors.
I am happy that I was given the number to Frankie OnCall by a coworker.
We called and he arrived within an hour or so. He got to work and quickly fixed the issue.
Turns out the issue all rested in one PC but Frankie was able to identify the issue and get to work on the problem. By lunchtime we were up and running again thank god! The cost was very reasonable. The time in which he was able to solve the issue was also satisfactory.
We now use Frankie OnCall for all of our internal computer issues and I will certainly use him if I ever have issues with my home computer.
