I visited Dr Mark Green at KC Foot and Ankle and he was very professional, took lots of time to understand my ailment, and quickly determined a solution for my problem. In no time, I was pain free. I went to see Dr. Green because I was having pain in my foot/toe. After an examination and X-ray, Dr. Green gave me a shot to relieve the pain. He also recommended I get custom orthotics. Dr. Green also spent time informing me about the types of shoes I should wear, because I have high arches. He was smart. kind and caring. Now I only get a pain in my foot when I wear inappropriate shoes! Thank you Dr. Green!

I learned more in 30 minutes on Google than $ 370 worth of 15 minutes with an «expert». It’s really disconcerting that an expert in the field doesn’t have any idea why my ankle keeps having strains. They were genuinely concerned but they clearly didn’t have enough experience to advise me in what I can do in the future to prevent it from happening again. Basically I was told that from what I Googled I knew what to do and to keep doing it, however its been so year of ankle issues and I wanted a solution. Don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere!

I saw Dr. Jameson last fall for plantar fasciitis in which it had become painful to walk. After a couple of months of treatment, physical therapy and my awesome orthotics I am non-stop active again!!! I was referred to Dr. Green by my Primary Care Physician. I wish my PCP would visit his office to learn how a medical office should be run. Great staff. Great facility. Comfortable setting. Not much to complain about here. I had recurring issues with my foot and went to see Dr. Green. I received laser treatment that took care of my issue and alleviated all pain. I learned a lot about possible gout, arthritis, and issues with my foot. I recommend this practice with no hesitations.

I went to Kansas City Foot & Ankle with severe foot pain. It felt literally like i had a huge rock in my shoe. From the moment I called to the moment I checked in, to the actual consultation with Dr. Green, I had the utmost confidence that this was the right place to come for my pain relief. Dr. Green explained what is causing the pain, recommended several options to relieve the pain, and also recommended how to treat the root of the pain. I went with the custom orthotics, and after a month the pain is 80% gone. I couldn’t be more pleased at this point. I would highly recommend Kansas City Foot & Ankle to anyone with foot pain. I chose Dr. Green to help me with my foot pain because of a referral from a friend. After several months, my foot is better than it was, but not 100%. I have a high deductible health plan, so I really pay attention to my bills and noticed I was double billed for x-rays. When I called to inquire about that, they found I was double billed for something else. I paid what I owed and got another bill for more services a few weeks later and was surprised that my first payment hadn’t yet posted — after weeks? I was told by the customer service number that this was«normal». I canceled a follow up appointment and am not sure I’ll return because of the inaccurate and slow billing situation.
