Horrible. Avoid this office! Rude, unprofessional staff. Dr. Lingenfelter doesn’t care. Doesn’t ask his patients about their experience with his staff. Look up Northland Bone and Joint on different websites. Complaints for years. It makes me think he must have some personal relationships with staff members in order to tolerate patients being abused by them and doing nothing. I guess you are supposed to be treated horribly rude by office staff these days and just tolerate it. Saw someone complained and he cancelled their surgery! How professional and ethical!
