Updated: I had my re-​clean done. I will never use MaidPro again.
Here’s the positive: they were willing to come back out. They clean the heck outta counters, floors and dust like crazy. The new set of folks were incredibly nice and polite.
That’s it.
The re clean should have included the fridge clean I paid for but only half got — the new folks weren’t told. Yeah, and it didn’t happen. I had two bathrooms to clean — one of the toilets wasn’t cleaned. I have a guitar sitting in the living room as décor and it was never dusted. They don’t do baseboards. My microwave? Never touched. Light fixtures? Only half were cleaned, both times.
When I pay someone to clean I do it for two reasons: I can’t do it all with my work schedule and I need it done right. This wasn’t worth my money. I gave them a second star for friendliness, but not for cleanliness.

The manager called me back, adjusted the price, and apologized for the inconvenience. I really appreciate the effort and good service. I am still not sure I will use the business again, but at least they care about your satisfaction.
