I do feel Olive Garden provides reasonably good food @ reasonable prices. BUT went there on s Friday night, they were packed & understaffed. The service was horrible! Dirty plates piling up on table. Ordered desert to share, but wanted a clean table to be able to enjoy it. After waiting 20 minutes, at a dirty table I canceled the desert order & requested our check. Another 20 minute wait for check & paying bill. From now on, only lunch @ Olive Garden

I am sick and tired of Anti-Gun employees bringing their Liberal Political actions to a place people just want to eat a meal! Does Olive Garden have NOCONTROL of their OWNEMPLOYEES??? Extremely disappointed! I have dined at many Olive Garden’s and this was, by far, the worst experience I have had. The food took FOREVER to arrive. I could understand if it was a busy time, but this was around 3:30 where it was in between lunch and dinner. When the food finally arrived, it was the absolute worst I had ever seen. The chicken was burnt to the point where you really needed a sharp steak knife to even cut through it! One of the entrees was cold. I don’t mean lukewarm, I mean cold. The only plus side was that the wait staff was friendly and if it wasn’t for that, I would give ZEROSTARS. Obviously, I will not be back to this establishment.

Server was excellent, very nice and polite. The food was cold, burnt and took forever. There was at least 20 minutes between finishing soup and getting the entrée. I have never experienced such poor quality at any Olive Garden. I noticed a different sign and different menus, makes me wonder if Olive Garden is changing format and losing quality in the process. Very disappointing.

I rarely, if ever, have a bad experience at Olive Garden, and I have dinned at many locations in the KC area. This one happens to be the closest one to me that I frequent the most & it is one of my favorite restaurants. The price is great and the food is amazing. I rarely have to wait in line, and usually the service is pretty good. And I love the specials and changes to their menu that they are always coming up with. The new Chicken Stuffed Marsala is by far my favorite dish now, besides the unlimited soup & salad. I would recommend trying this dish because of how flavorful & delicious the chicken & sauce is. Also if you’ve never had the Zuppa Toscana soup, then your missing out! It is the best soup I’ve EVER tasted! And that’s saying something! The potatoes, Italian sausage, spices, & kale make is truly unique and better than anything u can get anywhere else. Nothing comes close to it. I have also used the ToGo website many times for the Take Out service as well, and haven’t ever had much of problem. It is easy to order from. And if you have any specific instructions you are given the opportunity to write in the notes section. And when I go to pick up I never have to wait more than 5 min to pay and leave. Overall I think Olive Garden has stepped up their menu in the last few years and recommend anyone going for great food and a great price!

Had our standard soup, salad and breadsticks. Love the soups, especially on a cold winter day. Not so much the salad and breadsticks. I distinctly remember the salad dressing being full of flavor when they first opened, and the breadsticks were warm and full of garlicky goodness. I’m not sure what has happened to these two items. The dressing is watered down and the lettuce is limp with maybe two slices of tomato and a couple of olives. The breadsticks are almost always stale-tasting. Sometimes they are warm, most of the time they aren’t. The pasta is good and I’m a fan of their meat sauce, so I’ll just enjoy what’s still good and skip the other stuff.

This is an Olive garden, and you can order the same food items at any of their chains. How the food is prepared and the friendliness of the staff varies from place to place. I came in for a late lunch and there was no wait. The hostess informed me that there were no tables available and suggested a seat at the bar. I thought this was strange given the time and absence of a wait and I informed her that I’d rather wait for a table. Turns out that there were plenty of available tables, they just needed to be bussed. So, I got my table after a very brief wait for cleaning. My server was Chelsea and she was very friendly, polite, and attentive. I had the portabella mushroom ravioli and found it very enjoyable. The filling was tasty and well-spiced and the roasted tomato and cheese sauce was delicious. As usual, the salad and breadsticks were just fine. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, I was happy with my experience here and wouldn’t hesitate to eat at this location again.

I have read reviews below and disagree with the negatives. I have always received a great dinner here, with breadsticks and a salad. Very good and filling. Everyone we have gone with has always been satisfied. The soups are good and they have excellent options for vegetarians. I highly recommend!!!

This review is solely for their to-go option. We’ve eaten at Olive Garden many times and thought we knew what to expect. We used a gift card to get our standard order(chicken Alfredo with salads) to go and were disappointed. I had to wait for our food because it wasn’t quite ready. This would have been fine if the food was hot when I got home less than 5 minutes later. Their online ordering was easy to maneuver. I selected no onions on our salads since they allowed me a box to check, yet there the onions were. I’m glad I don’t have an onion allergy or it would have been more than just an annoyance. When I left, the girl behind the bar physically went through the large sack, pulling everything out, to make sure I had everything. I really appreciated that. Still, getting to-go was not nearly like eating there and I don’t think I’ll do it again.

In a few words, tonight’s experience sucked, and thus its the second such experience in a month. Service was horrible. and when our food finally arrived it was wrong and after three attempts we gave up and ate what we had. Asked for the manager and he/she never appeared at our table to address our issues. 20 minutes for refills and to deliver out salad and breadsticks is uncalled for. We will not be returning to this location. The only redeeming factor was the Ande’s mints at the end of the meal.

Love the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and I got this berry spritzer and it was amazing! I was waiting on my to go and it came out pretty fast. The to go girl was nice and showed me everything so that I know it’s correct. I liked how everything was packaged. I would have liked more dressing for the salad. The little to go dressings aren’t enough for the amount of salad given. But it’s still good! The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake is so delicious too!

There menu has changed, for the worse. They use to offer several different dishes, now it nothing but lasagna, fettuccine, etc. What I ordered was not what I was served. To bad I use to love to go there, not anymore.

Took my mother here for Mother’s Day, was quoted 25 – 30 minutes but we were sat within 10 minutes. This was the highlight of the experience. We had a server named Madeline and she was kind but lack server skills. We both ordered soup and salad and it took a while to get our salad bowl refilled but she did give us extra toppings like we requested, my tea was empty for at least 10 minutes and I asked several times. Our soups took a while to get out and the experience overall wasn’t pleasant. I won’t return to this store.

So sad! The waitress talked to the people at the table next to us for 20 minutes… just chit chatting. meanwhile our food was getting cold and we needed silverware. Truly, their food is no better than Lean Cuisine, but at premium prices. Our dessert mini was frozen solid, and it only confirmed my suspicions that everything was microwaved when we dismantled my husband’s «meat ball.» HORRIBLEFOOD HORRIBLESERVICE PISSPOORTOUNBELIEVABLE on the whole. Olive Garden should change their slogan to this: Olive Garden, for when you are too lazy to microwave your own frozen dinner. Never again guys! Even the bread sticks were stale!

Un-freaking believable! I’m home sick. I just wanted Olive Garden for dinner. I called this Olive Garden and placed my ToGo order. The lady who took my order was nice. I asked for a subtotal and was placed on hold. No problem. 30 seconds later a man picks up the phone and in ENGLISH asks me who I am and what I want. When I tell him that I’m just on hold for my order total, all if a sudden he starts pretending he doesn’t know English and is telling me in Spanish that he doesn’t know English. Then he hands the phone to someone else who barely speaks English and HE claims he’s the manager, and THIS guy starts yelling at me for calling them! Like I did something wrong. Then I get called a bitch(in perfect English) and hung up on! I called them back and asked to speak to the Manager and SHE tried to claim that she was the only one on that phone, but that there are multiple lines going in so she has no way of knowing who picked up the phone or where it is or what happened. I told her the background sounds were kitchen sounds and she told me that was impossible. She said she was sorry that I had experienced that and that she would«try to find out what happened.» She didn’t sound too enthusiastic about finding out what had happened. And I felt like she was barely giving me a «lip-service» apology. Basically this«manager» called me a liar by saying I didn’t hear what heard and I doubt she does anything to «find out» what happened. In short… NOT going to give THAT store my business anymore… EVER!
