We’ve been going here for 10+ years now. We’ve seen many of the doctors here (it’s an all female practice) but our main doctor is Kathryn Hauptmann, MD. We love her! My kids have literally grown up seeing her for checkups and emergency visits.
The lobby and waiting areas are divided into «well child» and «sick child» areas. This is nice when you are here for a checkup or other exam. The nurses are nice too.
I’ve had issues with front desk staff before, but only one person. One lady is particularly rude on the phone and can be a real turnoff. Other than her, the rest of the staff is professional and friendly.
If you are in this area, I would fully recommend this practice.

Been going here for 3.5+ years for my son.
I have no medical care complaints.
We’ve scheduled last minute and received an appointment within days. They also have urgent care some early evenings that it’s reasonably easy to get into.
My only two nitpicks has nothing to do with medical care. Their phone system needs more lines or a real way to wait for a person and it would be nice to have some kind of alerts (phone, email, letter) for checkup scheduling (ask me if I forgot one time).

Dr. Storm and her team always leave us feeling safe when we leave with our little one. We first met her at the hospital the day after our child was born and we have loved her ever since. The nurses make us feel welcome and answer any questions we have without making us feel like novice parents. The lobby area is well kept and is split between an ill child area and a well child area while both sides have a beautful fish tank to keep the children occupied. The fun colors on the wall keep even the adults entertained. Even if we move from this area, we will keep Dr. Storm and her team as our number one pediatric choice.

This is a top notch practice. I have watched it grow for over twenty years… Super doctors and great staff!
