Wow. Maybe just an off night
Things to ask your server when setting down to order a pizza how long will two pizza take? Well sir looking like a hour. Then at that point it’s my fault. When walking up to the counter only to Get the news of it will be another 15 min. Wow

Pizza Hut is getting better!
Recently they have added several more toppings and crusts to their menu. They even added some drizzles. The wings are great!
We order carryout and delivery from this Pizza Hut a lot. The order is always correct, hot and ready when they say it is. The buffet is a good deal too, but only available during lunch. Better than going you-​know-​where though…

I love Pizza Hut pizza. But do not waste your money on their buffet. Very few options. And everything looks like it has been sitting there for hours. And there is only one dessert option. If you want pizza I suggest just ordering it fresh to go or going to cicis pizza buffet.

After horrible and I mean absolutely horrible experiences with two of the worst Pizza Huts in the World… yes you two. 3600 State Ave. and 4200 Rainbow Boulevard, the two Pizza Huts tied for the American Idol of most Horrible Pizza Huts in KC, the Pizza Hut on Shawnee Drive is a bright beacon of light. I have picked up a pizza here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. It’s always hot and ready when I get there. The store is clean. They even have a small salad bar. The staff seem professional, neat and orderly, pleasant and efficient. It is a joy to be able to get my Friday dinner so quickly and efficiently here. I will continue to frequent this well-​run business.

I really like this location. The food is meh, I mean, it’s Pizza Hut, guys. But the staff is really great. The usual weekend lunch waitress is always very friendly and refills drinks quickly. The evening cashiers have all been very friendly when I visit. Thumbs up for customer service!

I am so sick of ordering pizza and getting a big round piece of bread with a little bit of cheese. If you don’t cover the pizza with cheese the sauce gets dry and then you have a big piece of bread/​cooked dough.
I have to order extra cheese and then ask for a cup of pizza sauce on the side so I can dip my pizza in.
Pizza Hut was a God when I was a kid. I pretty much ordered Pizza from the Pizza Hut near 47th and State Ave 2 sometimes 3 times a week (Father would forget to come home and feed us) so I consider myself a Pizza Hut expert. (25 years of experience) lol

Horrible pizza and most of the workers look like drug dealers. I have been to this location a couple of times and everytime they act like you are bothering them. The salad bar looks like it has been there for several years and if they run out of something and you ask them to refil it they look at you like you are crazy. I dont feel safe eating there cause I am afraid of what they might do to my food.
