Employees are knowledgable about all of their products from stains, paints, caulk, color choices, etc. They are very willing to help customers as soon as you enter the store.

If you are looking for terrible customer service, this is the place! I made a large purchase several months ago(20 gallons) and the cashier failed to give me the correct sale price. I discovered this after I went home, and since it amounted to a couple hundred dollars, I took the time go back and have it fixed. Well on my second trip, this man calculated the error and rather than a refund, actually charged me AGAIN. Fast forward now to a lengthy phone call with a manager and a THIRD visit just to get someone who knows how to operate a cash register. Check your receipts people. I swore the place off for months vowing never to return, but stupidly went back this weekend to see the same crew of employees. This time the manager was woefully unhelpful with a request I made to alter the tint of a gallon of paint. There are plenty of locations around town with employees that actually help you. Keep driving if you are anywhere near this store.

I just had the best experience here! I haven’t painted a room in a decade so I really needed help and guidance, and Jennine(hope I’m spelling her name right) was so extremely kind and patient with me. She asked me lots of questions & was so knowledgeable about products. She didn’t push any products on me and didn’t rush me. Basically, she provided excellent customer service. I felt absolutely cared about and taken care of. She’s a gem! I will DEFINITELY be returning here for all my painting needs.
