I love it when Kim serves me. I’m always greeted with a lot of enthusiasm and southern hospitality! Even when I make multiple orders for coworkers their patience doesn’t run out. It’s always very clean and the store seems well managed. I come here at least twice a week!

SLOW! This is the second visit in a couple of months and I think they are personally knitting the bags they put the food in, this is taking so long. Not gonna be a third time. It’s too bad really.

I found the dine-in breakfast service to be rather glum, and lethargic. My order was correct, and was ready in about three minutes, but the taco sauce bins were empty, floor mats were hanging from dining room rails, and there was no background music.

My advice would be not to go to this location under any circumstances. We went there one night(08−10−15) around 11 p.m. there was a wait of about two cars in front of us we waited at the ordering station for approximately 7 to 9 minutes before we gave up and just pulled forward. It quickly became apparent that the car in front of us was dealing with the same issue. Briefly I was worried that perhaps someone was having a stroke or had died inside but after the car in front of us finally pulled forward out of the parking drive(i assume he gave up as well) we saw that the females employee was just sitting there near the window are extraordinarily laid back. Not sure if that’s common for Taco Bell workers at 11 p.m. at night but it wouldn’t be too surprising. Anyway due to the extensive wait, over 15 minutes and our order was never even taken, i cannot recommend this location at any time or under any circumstances. Side note this was the second time that we had to leave this taco Bell simply because the wait time was so long that they couldn’t even get around to taking the order as we stood at the order station in the drive thru. Couldn’t even get a response, that’s ridiculous

Went for breakfast at almost 8am the other day and even though they had been open for almost an hour, both items I tried to order had components that were still frozen. That is nothing compared to the time though when we went there for dinner, and they were out of beef. Not only that, but to get chicken instead, they wanted to up charge us, even though it was their fault that they didn’t have what we wanted. Pretty worthless.

I have been coming to this location on and off over the years. I will be boycotting this location. It seems during the day you more than likely will get what you ordered, but once the lobby is closed. They slam everything together and skimp on ALL the toppings like they are going to run-out. It is nothing more than CHEAP bar food. and BAD food at that. COMEON! Give me my dollars worth! And«yes» I have complained, to no avail.

All this talk about what is actually in Taco Bell meat got me hungry. I frequent this place… I’m there in the late night hours after I leave work(please don’t stalk me… or go ahead, I don’t care). I’ve found that I’m not the only one. The drive through line is crazy busy. So, I go in nowadays. I have time to look at the menu if I go inside and I’m the only one there so I can eat without people looking at me. I’ve decided(after many trials) that I just can’t beat the standard soft taco. However, I undecided this after I tried the soft taco fresca. It has like a pico de gallo sauce instead of cheese… it’s kinda limey(not in British kinda way). It’s my new old favorite. PS: Did you know they have verde sauce? Yeah… they do!
