The Vape Room

I give the Vape Room 4 stars… would have been 5 but I think some of the juice may have been sitting for too long…& if it gets old & dark colored it can be nasty stuff. The young lady that worked there was nice & help full & I was able to get the premium juices I really wanted! I will definitely hit this shop up for my vape needs whenever I’m in KC!

The Vape Room is fantastic! I’m an out of towner here for work. I travel a lot and like to visit local vape stores to sample juice and soak up some local flavor. Robert is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He had just gotten back from a Vape conference and was practically giddy with his new toys and new juice lines coming in. Everyone who came in the door was greeted loudly by name. Rob’s taster tanks are the nice ismoke kind, not the crappy plastic throwaways where all you taste is burned filament. He set me up with some flavors on sale and turned me on to a new line. Great experience. When I’m back in Kansas City I will be back.

Love this place and the people there. They have been helpful and are personable. I’ll ask them and if they don’t have what I need they will tell me the best way to go. And not try to sell me something I don’t need! They are AWESOME! Best shop around town!

I’ve been to many vape shops around the Kansas City area. The Vape Room is by far the best.
Friendly, knowledgable people running the place. I have no reservations about sending people I know to The Vape Room; something I can’t say about other shops in the area, where my friends have had either expensive, or hard to work with hardware shoveled at them just to make a buck.
There is even a deal, where if you bring in your pack of cigarettes, they’ll give you a discount. The people who work there seem to really want to help people quit smoking cigarettes, and stay quit. They care, and it shows.

Customer service is a MAJOR factor for me whenever deciding where I am going to spend my money — and the Vape Room staff is knowledgeable, attentive, non-​judgemental and very personable. From first-​timer/​e-​go users to sub-​ohming cloud chasers, Vape Room has what you need.
Robert and Ashley always make you feel comfortable — which was a big deal for me. They don’t just try to sell you the newest and most expensive, rather give you the information you need to make the right decision. Kevin is also always welcoming and friendly whenever he is around — great atmosphere in general.
I started off only buying juice, but have since moved on to purchasing all my vape hardware also here. Yes, people say you can find things cheaper online, but I find that their prices are very reasonable and maybe only a few bucks more after searching and searching. Well worth it for me to speak to someone, hold the product, speak to other vapers to get their input and walk away without buyers remorse rather than waiting 5 – 10 days just to save a few dollars online.
They have a lot of juices to taste and a great selection of mods (mech and variable), RDA’s, RBA’s, drip-​tips, etc. They can also order you pretty much anything you need.
I find myself not only going there to purchase, but sometimes just stopping in during lunch to talk shop or just catch up. That is why I ABSOLUTELY recommend the Vape Room and will continue to go there for all my e-​cig and vaping needs.

Great service and selection. overall very satisfied with a great juice selection for dripping as well as carto juices. i had purchased a rda (the hobo) for about same price as i would have online with great customer service and knowledge from manager to boot (the owner was also helpful and nice when i had briefly met once before).they seem to have alot of good quality juices that is on par with cost. i would certainly recommend.
