Macarons By Tiffany

Is it all just a hype? NO, the hype is real! And so is the struggle! Macarons by Tiffany are so hard to get your hands on, which make them even more special.
The day had finally come when I recently got «the text», that long awaited text saying she has extra boxes! I responded within the same minute I received it lol. I got to try her Oreo and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Both very very delicious, but the Oreo macarons win over the Cinnamon Toast Crunch (just by a little).
Tiffany bakes her Macarons in a way that no one else does. You can tell by the shells of the Macarons. The shells don’t crumble so easily like other Macarons and actually stay intact until your very last bite.
She’s baked other flavors and even made them into cute shapes like tsum tsum characters. I’ve yet to try those! Can’t wait to get my next text!

I heard about these «Macarons by Tiffany» earlier this year. I’ve seen all of Tiffany’s post and her client’s comments about how amazing these macarons are. I finally got my hands on them. Needless to say, by far, & hands down they are AMAZINGLY delish! I’ve tried so many other macarons. Other places are either too SWEET or too small. Tiffany’s macarons are the perfect size and not to sweet but just right. To top it off, she customizes her macarons and makes unique flavors. To order them you need to place an order way in advance to get your hands on these bad boys. Let me tell you, its worth the wait. =)

If you’re blessed to get your hands on Macarons By Tiffany you know what I mean! I was lucky enough to get my hands on a dozen of them yesterday and let me tell you OOOOOOOH WHEEEEEE… they are so wonderfully AMAZING! I’ve had macarons which I thought were really good until I tried these… are the BEST by far!
I got to try Fruity Pebbles and Strawberry Cheesecake and at first when I opened the box I thought «oh wow these are smaller than the ones I’ve tried in the past!» But after that first bite it didn’t matter anymore because I literally felt like I died and went to heaven! The texture was perfect and the taste was outstanding and it wasn’t as sweet as most other macarons are. Tiffany did warn me that it wouldn’t be as sweet as most others.
I hope to try to get my hands on more of them if she considers to call me again for another pick up if she has extras! If she calls or texts you for her extras… don’t pass up on the opportunity because you’ll regret it!!!

When you get the «Hi, this is Macarons By Tiffany» text, it feels like you won a golden ticket but you have to make sure those fingers of yours can respond back quick. I was lucky enough to receive one of of her extra boxes and I’ve been dying to get my hands on those lovely macarons.
In order to get on her extra box list all you have to do is email her with your name and phone number. To my surprise I got a text a few days after I signed up! I think it was a sign that those macarons were meant to be mine. Her instructions to pick up were very clear and she was so informative and kind when I met her. Follow the directions she gives you, cus you could get lost finding her place. She explained how long the macarons were good for and she was just really genuinely nice and I felt a since of pride for her work, where you usually don’t get that vibe from some people.
Now to those oh so wonderful macarons… The macarons were super delicious! It was $ 20/​dz for a mix of two flavors. The flavors that were in the box were, fruity pebbles and s’mores. & Let me say they both tasted like fruity pebbles and s’mores! &&& The presentation of the macarons were beautifully made. It was amazing. Party in my mouth!

I am a strong believer of giving credit where it’s due, hence, why I depend on the Unilocal app to decide my future food adventure spots. The first thing I thought of as soon as I took a bite of Tifany’s macaron is, «I NEED TO GIVE HER 5 STARS ON Unilocal. MUST.WRITE. REVIEW.» At the time, she wasn’t on Unilocal so I bragged about her macarons through word of mouth.
Now, if only life were easy & there were 10 Tifany’s that can produce a mass amount of macarons at a time but unfortunately, she is a one man army. Her macarons are the epitome of QUALITY. I was blown away with the deliciousness that I tasted each time I took a bite. I am almost embarrassed to say that I pretty much devoured the whole box during my drive from Kapolei to Kaneohe.
Most people have different flavors of macarons that are either a hit or miss. I expected to dislike some flavors but oh my, I loved each one. I simply do not have a favorite. I believe the flavors I received were fruity pebbles, Oreos, & cinnamon toast crunch.
Once you try her macarons, you’ll understand why she is ALWAYS booked. I was lucky enough to get a spot on her extras list & I am waiting for the day my name is chosen again. If you live in Hawaii, you know how horrible the traffic going to the West side is & being from Kaneohe, I am not used to the traffic & it gives me a massive headache but honestly, if I could get my hands on her macarons everyday, I would camp in that 2 hour traffic everyday. (Can you tell my favorite dessert is macarons yet? Haha)

My wife ( Unilocaler Kim C.) goes through phases of sweet kicks. For quite some time she has been on a macaron fixation and I have been trying macrarons from all over because of it. From Paris, New York, California and every single place here in Hawaii that sells them. This lady has a radar for sweets. I tried to surprise her with macarons from Tiffany for her birthday but she’s booked for months in advance.
One week before my surprise: previous night
Wife: «I need to meet up with someone. Can you drive me there?»
Me: «I guess.»
Wife: «yes.» She does a little fist pump dance.
9 a.m. in the morning
We drive in front of a home and my wife texts the person she is suppose to meet.
Guess who pops out?! TIFFANY with macarons!!!
Little did I know my wife was stalking her for months trying to get macarons. My wife saw her on Instagram account that she had an extra box and pounced on that opportunity like white on rice.
Tiffany apologized and said she didn’t know that Kim is my wife. My wife couldn’t wait to eat the macarons, she made me stop on the side of the road so she could take a picture and eat them immediately.
Me: «Babe, it’s 9am in the morning isn’t it too early for macarons?»
wife: «do you know how long I’ve been trying to get these babies in my mouth and it’s finally happening. Let me enjoy them.»
Me: «I took a bite and we finshed a dozen within minutes.»
Tiffany’s Macarons are the best macarons that I ever tasted. The filling to macaron ratio is perfect. It’s crazy how perfectly shaped each one is.

I have an untameable sweet tooth. Next to Unilocal,Instagram has been a blessing and a curse because it helps me discover new uncharted dessert waters. I have found so many home business that I’m hoping, wishing, and praying that will have their own store front one day. Macarons by Tiffany is at the top of my list.

A one woman, mommy, gifted, self taught macaron maker sells, bakes, delicious, sometimes too pretty to devour macarons at her home. She taunts her admiring 17k+ followers on a daily with cool pics and videos of her macaron masterpiece. I’ve only seen the cool Disney and popular animé macaron characters but haven’t lucked out on getting them in my mouth.

Tiffany is booked solid until the end of 2015. You have to stalk her on Instagram to score some extra boxes or be asked to be put on the extra list. This probably adds to the wow factor. Having to wait in a culture that wants their cravings to get satisfied in a snap.

You can just taste the passion and love she puts into her macarons when you bite into it. It’s crisp outside and cake like inside goes so well with her fillers. I like how she is always experimenting with new flavors.

Macarons by Tiffany is amazing, she has such mouth watering and creative flavors. So far I have tried her lucky charms, fruity pebbles, Ferrero rocher, and mocha crunch with nutella… I look forward to trying all of her flavors in the near future. I just moved to the Island from Northern California where my favorite place for macarons was the very famous Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, and let me just say that Macarons by Tiffany are just as good and even better because of her creative flavors. My husband and I are so happy we found Macarons by Tiffany on Instagram, were always ready to pick up when she has extra boxes! Highly recommended to try!

My son was having his 1^st birthday party in Hawaii and I wanted to place an order but she was completely booked for the whole year. I tried to get a small order in just for myself but no luck. Instead, I was able to get my name on the extra list. A few days after, I got a text at 5 am but responded too late. All the extras were sold out. I was bummed since I really wanted to try her macarons. Few days after, we missed our flight going home to Vegas. Still wanting to try her macarons, I contacted Tiffany to see if she had extras and sure enough, I got lucky! All I gotta say is, her fruity pebbles are yummy! Wish she shipped to the mainland!

I’ve been following tiff on her journey to success and ever since the first time I seen her macarons on Instagram I knew I HAD TO TRY THEM. So we put in an order and she had time to squeeze us in (she is booked so far in advanced… yah, it’s that good) and we had the s’mores soooo good. Probably my favorite flavor. I love how vibrant the colors of her macs are! No one else has such unique colors! If you have the patience to wait, it will be well worth it.
