Great clothes and I usually enjoy this store very much. Was really disappointed in the service I received today. A blonde, pregnant woman checked me out. I was really surprised by her unkind attitude. She wouldn’t make eye contact or acknowledge me. When I asked how she was doing she ignored me. The only time she made eye contact was to demand my email address I kindly said «no thank you». She then looked away and handed me my receipt. No thank you or come again. I would expect this service from Forever 21, but not the Loft.

This is probably one of my favorite spots, but mainly for tops (I’m just not a slacks person). I find their tops to be stylish and still more forgiving for those of us who may be a little larger.
The prices aren’t too horrible and there are typically deals where you get can buy one and get another item at half off or free or something similar. Otherwise, they probably charge almost the same as if you went to Loft in a major mall, but I would say that all the shops in Katy Mills do that now. Katy mills is now the «upscale» outlet apparently.

First to review, yes! This place is hit or miss for me on clothes. The quality of the clothes are pretty good but I tend to feel that $ 40 bucks for a shirt cannot possibly qualify this place as an outlet. Sometimes they will have % off sales in the store and coupons through their e-​newsletter. I feel like the normal loft stores have better selections for about the same price.
