I had a terrible experience. I met with Ben and we shook hands, and he agreed to become my CPA. I had given him my return from last year as a sample of what I would need. Once we had made that agreement, I severed my relationship with the old firm I had been using. Then I heard nothing back from Ben or his team. After a couple of weeks, I started to call and asked for an engagement letter, so I could pay them and start sending them my 2014 details. They failed to respond until my 4^th attempt, a full month later. When they finally replied, they said they couldn’t represent me. No reason was given. But now I’m left without an accountant after getting this run around treatment from Ben and his team. Very unprofessional.
