I HATE THIS PLACE. I stopped going to this guy (the only guy that works there and is the owner) because he insults you so much while you’re there. He would not give me my clothes because I lost my ticket BUT knows that he can search by my name and number. I just went in there after 3 years to pick up clothes my elderly mother dropped off and he over charged her compared to the regular price and insulted me after questioning the price… told me this isn’t his first day. People need to stop going there and giving this guy any business.
I hope more people see this and stop going there. I don’t think people should thrive after such terrible customer service.

Poor customer experience. I was informed immediately upon dropping my clothes off that I should not allow my pets to get their fur on my clothing — as though that isn’t my reason for getting dry cleaning in the first place. After that unnecessary lecture, I dropped my clothes off, prepaid, and was given a claim ticket. I returned two days later and was told I needed my claim ticket to get my clothes (that would have been nice to know when I was given the ticket!). When I told them I didn’t think I knew where it was, I was told to look in my purse or «crawl on the floor» of my car. Disgusting customer service. I am never going back.
