My Fiancé ordered an arrangement through 1800Flowers and Floral Concepts fulfilled the order. I received a call at 5:30 that the arrangement had been brought back to their shop because they couldn’t find my location. I asked why they hadn’t called me and Lynn said she didn’t know why I wasn’t called. She offered to bring it back out but I told her our business had already closed for the day and I was on my way home. She offered to deliver it to my house, even after I told her I lived 45 minutes away from Katy. I asked her to just deliver the next day. The next day arrived and the morning passed. I called at 12 to inquire about my delivery and she explained that the delivery driver’s car broke down and he didn’t make it to work until after 11 am and they were on the truck. Lynn delivered them after 1 and it appeared they had been thrown in there and not arranged. My coworkers thought I had gone to HEB and made the arrangement myself. I called the shop wanting to know what site the flowers were ordered from so I could compare the photo to what I got. The man gave me the info but was very rude. He even commented that it wasn’t their fault I decided to leave work early yesterday and they don’t get paid to make extra deliveries. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager and went on to tell me that he didn’t have time for this and I needed to take it up with the person who ordered the flowers since I was unhappy. Lynn was place on the phone and she proceeded to tell me that it sounded like nothing would make me happy. I’m in total disbelief of this customer service. Needless to say I called 1800Flowers to make a note to never receive flowers from this shop again. I would not recommend this business.

I order flowers for my sister’s birthday and they were absolutely gorgeous. I loved ordering from their website, there was no service charge like other floral websites I have used.

I had a horrible experience from start to finish with this company. They did not deliver as promised. They delivered a plant in inclement weather and LEFT it to be damaged on front porch! When I called I was treated disrespectful and unethical. One employee was understanding and kind. He said I was right and said it was sad how his employees treated people. The owners(2) … Both unprofessional but at least the female took accountability… The man, Matt, was disgusting! Run from them. It isn’t about money. It is just horrible all the way around. Run!
