Great phở! Great service! Excited to try some other items as well! It was a nice small but cozy restaurant.

This was my first time trying Vietnamese food and I was not disappointed. I had the shaking beef vermicelli and it was amazing. I plan to try them all now. My fiancé had the Beef Phở and it was great as well. I will be eating here at least twice a week until I have tried everything.

Not good. Did not taste fresh at all. The peanut sauce had no taste and the fish was spicy but other than that no taste. I will stick with Phở 3d on mason road. 2 stars because the service was quick and the people were very nice.

We had just finished shopping at Katy Mills, Unilocaled Asian foods and decided to try this place out. Two words to describe our experience here«MINDBLOWING». Ordered the fresh chicken spring rolls, little v’s egg rolls and edamame. The food was absolutely delicious and super flavorful! We had no more room left for the entrees we had decided on. The ambience was nice and comfortable, everyone was super friendly and service was really good. Though me and my girlfriend live in Sugar Land we will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Thank you for our wonderful experience Little V’s!

This place is so good. You have to try the spring rolls and the homemade spicy sauce! I usually get the v-bowl with shrimp. I usually pick up from there but it’s such a cute atmosphere to dine in. The customer service is good. Highly recommend!

Two staple dishes — Mango Salad(trust me) & the Rare Phở. The Mango Salad is sweetened by the fruit and upgraded with a seasoned meat to accompany the dish. Portion is perfect. The Rare Phở is my personal favorite on the Phở listings. Again, solid portion and will leave you full. The owner is genuine and very gracious. Always packed on Friday evenings, so go early.

My favorite stop for Vietnamese food in the Houston area. The Phở is excellent and the service is even better. Every time I eat here, the owner takes the time to meet and greet every guest and really treats them just like family. The crime brûlée served with the bill is a great final touch!

I went just after lunch with my mom and daughter and was immediately impressed with the service and the respectful manner that we were greeted. To make the visit truly memorable was the food. It was AMAZING!!! My daughter had the Shrimp Phở, my mom had the Curry Chicken and I had the Shaking Beef. The only leftovers was some phở that I’m sure will be just as good for lunch tomorrow. We declined dessert but were delighted by being brought their famous Crème Brûlée in single serving spoon sized portions with the check. I can’t say enough good about this Bistro but you’d do yourself a disservice by not trying it… over and over again!

I will start off my saying I eat way too much phở and Viet food to be considered healthy. That being said although I didn’t have a bad meal. I didn’t have a good one. Bo luc lac should never be 16DOLLARS. It felt a little off not eating it with a dipping sauce as well. That was my wife’s dish but I tried some and while it was good, it was not 16 dollars good but i don’t think any BLL could be. I got the little v’s phở. I was not full at all when I left which is not normal when i eat phở and they don’t even have a combination option(I need my tripe, yo) so I got the plain meats. They pour the broth table side but I didn’t really care about this. The broth was a 3 out of 5 on the flavor scale(Phở Katy & Phở Saigon would probably be a 4.5. Surprisingly even though it costs more Les Baget is my fav) When they brought us the check a spoonful of crème brûlée is included and it was really good. I thought it was a nice touch. All in all, i will not be back unless its with my brother in law who will be living nearby and looks like they might not have many Viet options there. PS. Best chopsticks ever. Seriously where can i buy them? I never dropped a single noodle.

UPDATE: 2÷24÷16 We’ve eaten here several times since our first visit and really enjoy it – it’s now our main Phở place. Howwwwwever… at the waitress’ suggestion tonight(we ordered takeout) we tried an order of the artichokes(an appetizer). The appetizer was NINEDOLLARS and after we got home we were very surprised to open the container and find TWO golf-ball-sized artichokes rattling around in the box. TWO. And they were simply sauteed in olive oil with lemon and some red pepper flakes; this is awfully, awfully precious in my opinion and I would definitely advise passing on them if you’re prompted. Also…for the second time we got home(several miles away) with our Phở only to find that, again, all the bean sprouts, cilantro, lime and jalapenos were – once again! – missing. Don’t know who’s slinging the little pre-wrapped baggies into the takeout orders, but… jeez…it’s a weeknight and a slow one at that. C’mon, guys. — (Original review) After many years of going to That Other Phở Place elsewhere in Katy, it’s great to have one closer to where we live. Ate here for the first time recently and I can say that their Phở(chicken this time) is fantastic – the broth is light and clean and very good. However. We opted for takeout and when we got home we noticed right away we didn’t get any basil, cilantro, lime, onions, jalapenos, bean sproouts or paste — none! I don’t know if this was an oversight or if they really don’t send you off with any of it but I can say the Phở, which was already very good, would have been better had all the many missing ingredients been there. Also, FWIW portions are far smaller – perhaps half to three-quarters of the amount That Other Phở Place gives. That meant that we were still pretty hungry afterwards. Also, they’re definitely pricier than That Other Place(which I keep mentioning simply because so many people are familiar with it so it’s a logical comparison). We’ll try them again and sample more of the menu soon.

I have visited the place many times now and have to up my star review for the establishment. The owner is great and super sweet. The staff have improved a lot as well, though service time still varies. Having to ask for some of the staples of a dish(condiments for phở, fish sauce, chopsticks) increases the wait time unnecessarily. I’ve taken my parents and in-laws by here as well. They really like the flavors of the thit nuong(grilled pork) and the shaken beef. They even tried the mango and crab spring rolls. It was different and good, but pricey… which is my only negative of this restaurant. I really do like the food here, but I can’t afford to visit it on. regular basis. The shaken beef plate, with either rice noodles or rice, is a whoopong $ 16. The vermicelli bowl is delicious with ample meat and an eggroll to make it worth the $ 11.

Summary– Very good Vietnamese with really good service too. Love it that they have a kids menu as well. Food– 4 stars The Little V Spring rolls were out of this world awesome. Pineapple Salad was excellent. Phở was good, a little too heavy on the cinnamon for me, which might have been to cover up a lack of complexity, not sure. Service– 5 Stars Maybe the best(most americanized) service I have ever had at a Vietnamese restaurant. Drinks– 5 Stars Table side iced coffee brewing. Atmosphere– 5 Stars Nicely done inside with cool wall sized mural thingy. Value– 5 Stars Lotsa good food for the money.

Came here on an early Sunday afternoon for lunch and it wasn’t busy. I was greeted and told I can sit anywhere. Decided on the fried shrimp for appetizer, Little V Phở, and banana sapa for dessert. The fried shrimp came out first. Big pieces and fried with good flavor. The sweet and sour sauce just made it a bit better. The Little V Phở came out next. I’ve never seen this done before but the waitress poured the broth into the bowl. The broth was lightly oily but that’s fine with me and it wasn’t salty at all. Generous amount of flank steak which tasted great along with lots of noodles. Finally I ordered the banana sapa for dessert. It took awhile for it come out so they gave me a little crème brûlée for the wait. Absolutely delicious. Tasted sweet, wasn’t fried to the point of being burnt and the vanilla ice cream complemented it well. Great, attentive wait staff. I wouldn’t mind coming back to try their other dishes. Love nice easy listening, r&B pop music they had playing in the background. It added to the ambiance.

Was in the area to pick up our furry kids because we board them at Lil Ruff House. We are impressed with the freshness and taste. From what we ordered today, we enjoyed our lunch. 1. Little V spring rolls — very interesting and unique flavors 2. Usual spring rolls with pork and shrimps — solid (both spring rolls order were freshly made) 3. Shaking beef — my husband was disappointed. Although the dish tasted fine, it’s a bit off in execution. 4. Little V vermicelli noodles bowl — grilled meat okay and overall decent bowl 5. Fried shrimps app — crunchy battered deep fried shrimps The Vietnamese coffee is freshly drip at the table for each order. We will definitely come back if we’re in the area to try other items on the menu. Service is good and restaurant looks clean and neat.
