My Gym Children’s Fitness Center

We stopped by this gym to enroll our daughter for some fun activities. Being new to the area we were concerned about finding a clean and enriching environment for our baby girl.
This place was so clean and nice that I wish I had this when I was a kid. Nancy the owner was so great and accommodating. She has a wonderful attitude and kind personality. I knew our daughter would be in good hands.
The kids zipline looked so fun and this place seemed like a great fit for us. Would recommend this spot to friends and family.

I enrolled my daughter at My Gym when she was 3 months old. She is now almost 10 months & we have had an amazing experience. They change the space & create amazing lessons each and every week. They run an amazing program. The instructors are always energetic, warm & friendly to the kids. On top of there standard classes they also offer open gym times as well as parents night outs & camps. I also appreciate their flexibility in offering make up classes. I’d recommend My Gym in a heart beat!

My wife and I were very excited when we signed up our 2 year old daughter to this place and convinced a friend of ours to sign up her 3 year old daughter as well. Fairly immediately we started experiencing really bad customer service and flat out scalding of our child who was being a normal active 2 year old. In fact Ms. Nancy (the owner) would not let her participate in activities because she decided that she wasn’t quite enough! Are you kidding me! Ms. Nancy is a juvenile person and lacks any qualifications to allow her to run let alone own such facility where she can easily hurt such sensetive. Our friend had a horrible experience as well, her daughter got ill for a number of weeks and thus missed several classes which abiding by their make up policy our friend did every single time and kept the membership active. When our friend decided to use those saved up make up classes Ms. Nancy decided not to honor the make up policy and refused to refund, issue gift card for them or compensate our friend in anyway!!! This Nancy person is a terrible human being and seems to be money hungry above all else. We and our friend canceled our memberships immediately there after and I suggest you take your dollars elsewhere.

If you have a well behaved child that sits still, this is the children’s gym for you. If you don’t — don’t even try this gym.
We did a trial class and my son is very active and distracts easily and it did not go well. They didn’t seem to know what to do with him, and kept calling out telling the other kids that he was not listening and would not be able to do any of the fun things they were doing. They didn’t try to get him to settle. Just kept talking about him to the other kids. Not sure any three year old responds well to that type of criticism.
I was very disappointed. A children’s gym should be able to deal with active kids as well as sedate kids. Especially ones that have never been in a structured play environment before. :(
