I love Oshkosh B’gosh! Cute clothes great prices, the reason for the 2 stars? I had got some pants off a rack that clearly said 60 percent off with a sign listing the sale prices. Well I grabbed these cute jeans off the rack. Keep in mind it was on a sale rack with 10 other sizes of the SAME PAIR OF JEANS. When it rang up, I clearly wasn’t paying attention, but when I got the receipt I seen the jeans rang up for much more than expected. I told the lady and she called her manager, by the way had PURPLE hair (very professional). She said they were in the «wrong place» and that they are not on sale. I informed her that she should start checking and looking to see that her employees put things in the right place she just smiled and walked away. Rude and unprofessional eh? Usually when this happens, and they confirm that the sign was put in the wrong spot, the store will give the item to the customer for the price shown. I guess not here… never getting my business again.

Cute clothes for children at reasonable prices, but why oh why is the store SO crammed? They must know that people with children will be shopping here, yet I can barely get a narrow umbrella stroller between clothing racks. As I shopped, my little girl had clothes knocking in her face most of the time. She didn’t appreciate it, and that made shopping difficult. The employees at the front were nice, but there was no one to offer assistance, just people working the registers. I would shop here again, but not with my kids.
