I like their customer service department. It was easy to arrange my lawn service around my pay dates. Online payments make it easy to keep up with. The respond to feedback immediately. The price is reasonable as well. Thank you Robin’s Lawn Care Service!

I love being able to email concerns and questions and getting responses BEFORE my service instead of trying to catch the yard people whenever they show up! Paying online also makes this convenient for the same reason! So far, they’ve done a great job and I look forward to spending more time doing ANYTHING besides yard work! (PS– I’m obviously not an outdoorsy kind of person!)

When I hired Robin Yard Care, they were prompt and courteous. They did come out and did a good job on my yard. Unfortunately, after weather issues and their inability to find a crew to come do my yard, I had to eventually move on to find someone more dependable. I’m sure they’re outstanding but if you’re in the Heights area, it might be best to look elsewhere.
