Slowest sonic I have ever been to in my life. Took 15 mins for a slush. Everyone that had already ordered had to return their food due to a mixup

Sat in the drive thru speaker, no one answered even though someone just ordered at the speaker. Got up to the window and a lady took our order, waited another 10 minutes just for chili cheese tots. Thats all we ordered. A guy with the headset came to the window with 2 cherry limeades. Nope didn’t order that. He asked what we ordered and we told him, just tots. He said «thats all?» Yup thats all. They still took 5 more minutes to get our order to us.

Went during happy hour. I expected it to be busy. Drive thru saw 20 cars before I got my meal in the stall. The server went from car ro car with each order trying to figure out where it belonged. He went in 3 times for me to complete my order because he brought it out one item at a time. When he brought a drink he said he didnt know what it was so to taste it to be sure. While its fine because it was for my child what if I had ordered for a friend? Called sonic complaint line. Received an email from Ms. Padilla the manager. She offered my next meal free but from the looks of her email I dont see any formal manager training.

Worst sonic ever. Our order is wrong every time. It looks filthy inside. We will not be back.

Came to this sonic for a quick lunch to pick up took them 20 mins literally to take a simple order.
Combo #9 and a small popcorn chicken for my 2 yr old son.
First off I went through the drive thru had to wait a very long time
She asked us to pull forward and she will bring our order out
She brings the order out incomplete
I had to walk in to tell the lady
Next I come home to feed my son and eat lunch the food was absolutely gross!
The popcorn chicken that’s supposedly suppose to be chicken and a little breaking was pretty much a 99% hard can’t even bite into breading with less then 1% chicken
The taters tasted like complete oil.
And the sandwhich was mainly bread with a not even half the size of the bread piece of chicken.
Never again. It was a complete waste of money.

General Manager named Elva Padilla took order while carrying on a conversation with a woman in Spanish who stood at the counter in front of register. Elva was so distracted from her job she handed me a large drink that I did not order. This is the General Manager, so imagine how others under her supervision behave.

This is the WORST sonic EVER. There is one a few miles away that would be well worth the extra drive if you’re ever in need. They are by far, the least competent people I have ever met in my life. Not only are they insanely slow, but they get orders wrong, and are rude about charging you for the orders that they get wrong. I work down the street, and every single person at my work knows that this is the worst sonic known to man. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Again, here out of convenience because I’m working at a client’s office nearby, and don’t have much time for lunch.
They closed the drive-​in because it was raining. The intercoms were fine — I was told «drive through only» over it.
Seriously?

I have to say that I’m no tater tot expert but the tater tots were the worst that I’ve ever had. My guess is that they have not cleaned out the grease pot frier in a while, and they taste like they were cooked yesterday and were under a heat lamp for 24 hours.

I don’t normally review fast food establishments but I felt the need to review my local sonic. The reason being every single time I go it cannot express how incredibly nice everyone is! I know it’s not reflective of their food and I’ve never been disappointed in those Coney dogs or Sonic Blasts, but the friendliness of staff is always amazing here. Keep it up, Sonic!
